Everyone is extremely professional accommodating, friendly, helpful and sincere. Repeatedly, Gentleman came out to help with fluids. I’ve experienced them going out of their way to resolve my miscellaneous auto related questions quickly and thoroughly.

This review is for the website. It needs and update due to false advertising. They do not do rotor resurfacing here even though it is advertised on their website. I am beyond confused and mislead. Major inconvenience.

They may tell you that a part will be in the next day from their warehouse in Massachusetts but realistically allow 3 to 5 days. Needed a battery the next day and was lazy so was happy to hear they could get it for the next day. Ending up driving to Portland anyway as it didn’t come in. Wish the salesman hadn’t said, oh yeah, it will be here tomorrow. My bad for believing him.

The assistant manager, I didn’t catch his name, is amazing. My car battery died, and he was kind enough to change the battery out for me. He took extra care to clean up the connectors (my battery had so much corrosion build up), and the housing for the battery. He deserves a raise!!
