I wish I could give SunValley RV more than 5 stars!!! Andy Martens, Thank you so very much for your patience with my many first time buyer questions. You listened to all of my concerns and I felt that I was very well looked after and that all of my questions were just as important to you as they were for me. Your detailed explanations and instructions eased my mind and I feel that I left well informed. Andy, your reassurance that I may come to you, after sale with any questions I might have in the future, means a lot!!! There is so much more I could say, but thank you for everything!!!
To the girls in the front, your happy smiling faces and friendly hello's were also a huge part of my positive experience with you. Many thanks again.

We dropped our Class A motorcoach off at Sun Valley on July 14, 2025 to have a number of repairs addressed. Fifty eight days later and $9000.00 where finally able to pick it up on Sept. 10th. Very poor customer service from service mgr. Jerry and owner Rob Marten. Major part wasn't ordered until July 24th and only at my insistence to Jerry he do so. We had a trip planned for Aug. 5th which Jerry was well aware of. Aug. 1st Jerry returned my call only to belittle me about calling to often to inquire on our unit and the timeline. Talked to the owner Aug. 5th and upon mentioning I was having some issues with Jerry was abruptly told this wasn't true. I requested a copy of the waybill and tracking number for the major part but was quickly told by Rob that he wasn't going to provide that and that I would only screw things up even though I was paying for the freight charges. didn't diagnosis another issue and more delays. Upon picking up the coach neither jerry nor Rob made any effort to thank us for the business nor apologize for any inconveniences or misunderstanding. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional!! We made the effort to take our unit here and drive over 2 hours couldn't be more disappointed !!

Rented the Minnie Winnie 22m, was a great motorhome for our 2 week family road trim, for camping or boon docking, i would definitely recommend it. And with food allergies in the family, it was nice to have the mobile kitchen with us - also propane was very inexpensive, coming in at $20 to run for almost the whole trip.

Had a tree encounter with my RV awning struts while camping in Morden. Showed up here this morning. They quickly went to work straightening and had me on my way in no time. 5 stars all the way!

6+ Stars for this fabulous company. Morgan was very helpful in booking my Winnebago warranty work with them rather than going to the Iowa Factory and Gerry came through on my long list of required work in record time with no dissapointment. In fact they went above and beyond finding a defective controller and recalls as well as incorrectly installed windows, all fixed. I highly recommend them as they are diligent and trustworthy, a rare experience in this post-covid customer service world. Even their receptionist met me with a warm smile at each visit. This is a very customer-centric business that I am a Raving Fan of!
