“Great customer service by security and all other staff that I came across. I had lost an Apple AirTag and I went back today to try to locate it (it showed me it was still at the casino since I was there Dec 28th. I called, and was transferred to Don at the security Podium. There was no hesitation when I explained I had lost an AirTag and would like to try to locate it. He welcomed me, and offered to walk with me Tracing it. He went through valet Jackets in case it was in a pocket. I believed it fell out of a zipped key case. It showed that it was somewhere in the casino but I couldn't get close enough to connect. I took it to each desk (customer service, valet parking, coat check and hotel desk). All staff were so Willing to help. It became an adventure. Evelyn from security walked the casino with me. Making suggestions along the way. She suggested we look outside because at one point the find my friends showed I was standing next to it. It connected and the program guided us to its exact spot. It was on the ground in the valet parking lot. It became an adventure looking. It wasn't the price of the air tag, it was adventure to being able to track it from Winnipeg to its exact spot 75kms away. Thanks to all! We stayed and had a delicious lunch in the bar. Chicken finger meal and orchard Salad. Staff and food were awesome!”
