We stopped in for a beer or two and dinner on what was lucky enough to be wing night! The wings were super crispy and we loved that you could order them with a side of grilled veg. Our server was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The actual bar had a great vibe with sports playing in the background.

Awesome bar. Good burgers. Good atmosphere. Worth a visit if you’re in town and stay at the local motel if you’re coming though.

Had 2 meals at Rose Room Cafe / hotel pub. Food was awesome, highly recommend stopping for meal. Staff/owner was friendly and happy to be in the business. Will be back next time im in town.

We ate a great meal at the restaurant. The burgers were hot and home-made, milkshakes were made perfectly (and they even have banana flavour), the service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back!

Don't know about the rooms,but I can imagine that they are not too great! If it's anything like the bar was. Quite expensive for drinks, which wasn't a big shocker,but the lady behind the bar couldn't crack even a fake smile, if she actually wanted to. Good luck if you want beer or any vendor items before 4 P.M. cuz it won't happen. Don't want to be totally negative but other than 2 people I interacted with,the place,because of it's location, of course isn't a happening place but also not happy. Wish I had some photos to share (gotta try and remember) but the bar itself wasn't that bad but the unfriendly service was.

Have a shot out of there gold shot glass. Bartender is very friendly, will set you up with what you want.

I stayed at the gold rush motel. It was such a comfortable stay. Everything you need in the hotel rooms. Would definitely recommend!The owners are the nicest most community oriented people you could ever meet. So thankful I had the chance to work for them many years ago ❤️Rooms: Awesome deck with access to BBQ in the summer. Lots of fridge space for those staying a while and ability to cook meals in your room with everything you need right in there.Nearby activities: Snow Lake Motor Inn and Rose room restaurant, royal Canadian legion, good times coffee house, school park for kids to play, beach is a 5 min walk through a well groomed trailSafety: Felt safe and comfortable hereWalkability: Right on mainstreet. Everywhere in this community is a short walk.

Had a dinner at the connected 50's style diner/restaurant and the food was fantastic. Service was excellent and the staff were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in to have supper as they are open at 4:00pm.
