I paid 22 dollars for extra steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This is what I received. A table spoon of guacamole, less than a tea spoon of sour cream and a little steak which a pinch of cheese. I’m livid. The lady at the counter was kind enough to remake my order but it still didn’t have any sour cream. The always give attitude to my friends when they go there. This is the worst chipotle without question. A total disappointment beyond belief.

It was decent, they opened a little later than their start time , but it was great food was fresh and the employees were welcoming. Its been over a decade since I've been to a chipotle. The quality tasted better than i remember. I'll visit again soon!

Do not recommend this chipotle during lunch/dinner rush hours. Went to get lunch for my boyfriend and i, had to wait a long time in line and when I got home which is only 5 mins away, the food was cold, soggy and wet. We didn’t eat the food anymore and just threw it away and order something else. The food was definitely not fresh at all. It tasted like if it was from the night before.

I ordered online and an ingredient in my order was incorrect. I spoke to Rosa (Manager) and she was so pleasant and cuustomer service oriented. She took care of correcting my ordered in the most pleasant way. She is definitely an asset to this team. I highly recommend eating here. Great service iall you will experience at this Chipotle.

They are simply put just too busy to handle the sheer volume of customers they see on a daily basis.NEVER MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. You will almost always spend an extra 20 minutes waiting on your food. At that point you might as well wait in line and order that way. They never even use the mobile order shelf so you have to find a good time to bother the cashier for your order.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but Mariam at the line serving the food, did a terrible job. I asked her for double scoops of chicken on my food, she gave me 2 HALF scoops. I politely asked her to give me the right amount and she said she was going to charge me for 3 scoops. She did the same to my wife’s food. Management should really consider training on portioning giving at this location. I’m not asking for more than it is due but today was embarrassing even her co worker was wondering what she was doing.

Worse chipotle I have ever been too,go to the one in Kensington.*Do not place your order online at this location because they will make your bowl/burrito really small and don’t bother asking for double anything because they will just ignore it (you need to be in front on them applying pressure to get a decent portion at this location).I live 2 mins away and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and said over 20 times “maybe it’s just the person that made my food today” but it’s pretty consistent and obvious.Also anyone with any bit of common sense can tell that they reuse and mix yesterday’s tortilla chips with today’s chips because you will get a on consistent batch of chips where some of them will be soft,some hard,some stale and some crunchy

My recent experience here was dismal. I ordered a burrito bowl, and I should've known better than to ask for guacamole that was as gray as mop water. It tasted like a chemical solvent. I didn't finish it, and told one of the employees about the problem. She did offer a replacement, but I already felt both queasy and full, and declined her offer.More to the point, my one star rating results from the Chipotle Corporation's lack of concern. After my experiences trying to submit some feedback to them, I really would like to give them no stars, but a black hole, instead.To explain: The feedback form on their webpage has a script error that prevents sending the form. I am sure this is intentional. Their "automated assistant" cleverly pretends to be sympathetic to customer input, and when you type in "bad food," it apologizes, and says that a human will contact you shortly via email. That never happens. The store phone number rings, and no one will answer it... ever. Calling the corporate office in California results in hearing a collection of automated messages that tells you that "you will be connected, in turn." Nonsense. If you would like to hear inane automation babble until the telephone company disconnects you, then feel free to call their corporate office.How do you get Chipotle's attention? File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in their corporation home state, California. Or, press the option for "catering services" when you call their corporate offices, and be nice to the lady who answers. It was she who was kind enough to connect me to someone in their management, and to Chipotles' minor credit, that person was attentive and very polite.But the takeaway here is that a corporation as large as Chipotle should try harder in making access for dissatisfied customers a reliable option. They make a pretense of caring, then deviously lead anyone trying to provide feedback on a wild goose chase.I wouldn't recommend this Aspen Hill Chipotle to anyone. No one with an ounce of sense would sell guacamole that is that gray color. Maybe if the ambient light was better and my glasses weren't fogged, I would have noticed how gray it really was.

I’m not sure if the employees that work there knows what the word “extra” means when a customer is asking for a specific item. I literally have to beg them to put full scoops or else they just dump half scoops and end up paying almost $10 worth food but actually getting $2 worth when you get home. The chicken even tastes funny do they even do a taste test of their chicken batch before selling them to a customer because the chicken was so disgusting and I got sick. It was 5 chicken bowls that me and my family had and ended up being food poisoning. Good job guys keep up the good work and make more people sick.

Terrible! I ordered two bowls, half steak and half chicken, and in the end I didn’t get the meat I ordered! Outrageous! Not even, on the other bowl it also didn’t have any meat. The bare minimum, the workers could’ve at least tried. No wonder It’s a three star place. It’s a scam.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews - this is my first one btw. I don’t understand how incredibly incompetent their mobile order pick up system is. Right now there are 15 people waiting for more than 30 minutes for their orders (I am one of them). There’s nothing to let us now what orders are ready or not, then once in a while a worker comes with some package calling a name in a tone impossible to hear while there are other packages sitting and getting cold in a place that the customers don’t have access. This is the same story, always and always. Could not be more frustrating.

I went to get my order. The worker could not find it. Looked again and still could not find it. I showed the person my confirmation which means it was paid for and time it was to be ready. Still nothing. Then the manager on duty (I guess) came and confirmed that the order could not be located and told me to cancel it. No sorry for the trouble or attempt to complete the order. I ordered it on the Chipotle app and not a third party. Not pleased with their lack of organization. I will not be returning there EVER.

Terrible customer service.Asked for taco lettuce on my salad, lady looked mad I asked for it.Asked for pinto beans, she barely looked back & said they didn't have any.I was looking to see if it was true but she was rushing.Skipped me & had to ask someone else for chicken, they did half spoon. Looked like sprinkles of chicken. Ask to get more & she was like you mean extra?At the end by register I asked for salad dressing.Was charged for extra chicken, no salad dressing. Asked & waiting to get the dressing but guess they just didn't hear or ignored me. Had to ask again after waiting to get it.

Good food. They don't give the benefit of rounding up change to the customers benefit when paying cash. Instead, they keep the change. So paid with a credit card where the merchant pays CC fees.

Worst chipotle ever! They should fire everyone there, I went today to get chipotle for my sister, dad and I and the girl at the register was to busy talking and laughing with her friend that she forgot to put one of my burritos in the bag. I got home and realized it wasn’t there, I was so furious but I’m not going to let these weird people that don’t know how to work take my money. I went back and told her she forgot one of my orders…didn’t look at me in the face and handed it to me.
