The service at this location is terrible! The eyeglass support person that sits in the front is one of the rudest person I have ever encountered. This is unprofessional and the glasses I ordered came crooked. When I pointed it out, she gave me the rudest response.

Typically I enjoy getting new glasses & contacts even when they cost a hefty penny. But recently this location has let me down. Terrible customer service. Almost every time I call I get out on hold for over 20 minutes. I had a repair job that took 4.5 months to get resolved because of the lack of accountability and care by the office. My contact inquiry hasn’t been resolved to this day. I kept checking online if my contact had been delivered. Just recently it said the order was completed but I have yet to receive notification to pick them up. When I called, they could not find them. It’s always been a back and forth. It’s disappointing that the staff does everything for you when it comes to selling you products but not when it comes to the after mass. It’s time for my eye exam but I won’t be going here anymore.

Unfortunately I will no longer be going here. I've been using MyEyeDr since they opened with Jamie and Julie. Now they are both gone and the staff is no friendly and have made many mistakes and lied to me about trying to contact me. I don't feel I can trust them to take care of my eye issues.I miss Jamie! I have been going to this place long before it became MyEyeDr. The quality of service I am used to is non existent. They claim to leave voice messages but not one single call from them shows up on my phone. If my information is on my chart, how can they claim I must see the same doctor. I can see any doctor when I have a medical issue. Why can't the other eye doctor use my information to check my contacts? The quality of care is no longer present. It's very disappointing to be treated in this manner. I am probably the longest running customer there and I will no longer be going back.

Service is poor to non existent. It seems they just want to sell product only.Example… I had to ask after buying expensive frame to have someone fit them. Number two, I came back on Slater for replacement part. I was dismissed with the offhanded remark that we don’t carry that brand anymore. I won’t be back.

The eye doctor that met with me was great! She answered all my questions professionally. BUT, I just picked up my glasses and the representative handed me the glasses. Didn't check to see how they fit. When I told her they didn't feel right, she made a slight adjustment and handed them back. Again never had me put on my face to see how they fit or looked. Since I can't see out of them, I'll just put in a drawer. Maybe my face will grow into them at a later date. Sigh.

The facility may look better, but the service has declined. On 2/22 at 3:15pm I went to this store that I have been going for about a decade to get another pair of glasses for my 15y/o daughter, who is usually very careful with her glasses, but they fell out of her bag at school. The lady who assisted me was rushing and short fused. Really felt like she was transferring her rushy feeling to me. If she wasn’t stressed, then this is not the right role for her. There was literally nobody else there waiting to be helped except for me. I asked the question about the lead time for glasses which she said it took 2 weeks, when I asked her if there was anything they could do to get them a bit sooner because my daughter couldn’t see anything, she immediately said: “she needs an emergency pair!”, like ma’am, I don’t have money for a second pair. I understand, this was a request, but she wasn’t professional, she was rude. Then she was speaking so fast as to be done with me so soon, I was trying my best to stay calm. I went in calm and got out there with a headache a sense of stress. That was unnecessary. I miss Mr. Jamie so much. He would have never talk like that to any of his customers, neither anyone in his team. Very disappointing.

Excellent service! I had a hard time learning how to insert and remove my new contact lens but staff were very patient and friendly. I passed my class in learning how to use contacts. Also got some cool aviators that become shades when I go into the sunlight ?

On top of the patience and professionalism of her and her staff, Dr. Nazret went way out of her way to help me find replacement frame for my glasses in spite of my not having an appointment.

Went to Americas Best Eyewear and had the worst experience ever. Came here to My Eye Dr in Aspen hill with my prescription and the staff was very kind and helpful. They try their best to accommodate pricing and work with you to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for quality service, quality people and decent prices. Americas Best can suck my dickkkkk , #TeamMyEyeDr :p

I went to the Aspen Hill store to order lenses for my favorites frames on 1/6. As this was my first order/experience with My Eye Doctor, I was surprised to be asked to sign a waiver for using my own frames in case of breakage, but was assured that this never happens. Thinking that I understood the waiver, I reluctantly signed it. I was told that they should be back in a week, but no longer than two weeks, (again, this rarely happens). At the end of the 2 week period, I started calling for a status update. For 3 days I was told they would call and get back to me and they didn't. On the 4th day/call I insisted on holding while the lab was called. I was told they would be in on Friday. When Friday came and almost went I called again and was promised Monday for sure. Monday morning I received a call from My Eye Doctor saying that my frames had been broken and that I needed to come in to select new frames. No apology or recognition of the 3 weeks that had elapsed. I went in and selected new frames without any assistance being offered. The sales person started typing up the frames order and told me that it was less expensive to use my insurance than the store discount for the frames. I told her that I didn't expect to pay any more for the frames their lab had broken. Her immediate responses was, you signed a waiver. My understanding of said waiver was My Eye Doctor would offer a 50% discount of new frames if there was breakage and my insurance would cover the difference. She informed me that it was an either or situation - their discount, or my insurance, not both!!! While I considered walking at this point, I had just spent another hour selecting new frames. I am almost a month in, am wearing an old pair of glasses that are insufficient for night driving, have paid an additional $80 out of pocket for frames their lab broke, and am waiting again to see if their promise of expediting the new pair will be met. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with getting new glasses and will be my last with this store.Yup, called My Eye Dr a week later and was told it would be another week. The glasses had not been expedited.Regarding the response from patient relations below, I used your form with my contact information on the same day I posted this review and have heard NOTHING!!!

This is my first time at MyEyeDr and I did not feel welcomed. Dr. Crystal Lee was rude and impatient when I got my eyes checked. She was not thorough/clear with her instructions. She expects you to know everything once you’re in the room. The receptionist and other staff members had a bad attitude and was forceful to make me purchase a glasses (which I did not want to). I will never come back to this place. Wish I could give it zero stars!
