Ordered a part that was boxed wrong and they gave me issues with getting it corrected then ordered the part I needed because they didn’t have it. When the part came in they made me pay again for the part although I had already paid and returned the incorrectly boxed part. Paid 3x the amount I would have paid online

Went to Trible's twice today for a dryer issue. Lisa and Sue at the front desk were both very helpful. When I had an issue with the old pulley, Lisa even helped me troubleshoot the matter and recommended the proper replacement. With their help, I got the dryer fixed and running in a few hours. My first time to Trible's and it left great impression on me.
