Our experience with Garceau Realty was very positive. Although there were a few communication issues, they were solved promptly. We were extremely impressed by Georgeanna's reliable network of professionals, from the top-notch photographer to the handyman needed for some minor repairs. We had a wonderful experience working with Gail Rohleder at Garceau Realty! We had to sell our house and my parents house and purchase a home with an inlaw suite, all in a short amount of time. Gail did all of this so seamlessly, selling both of our houses within days, above asking price. She also negotiated the purchase of our home without going over our budget. Cindy Biasello was recommended by two of my neighbors when my husband and I were getting ready to buy a home. Cindy is the most professional, attentive, knowledgeable real estate agent we have ever worked with. She knows Harford County real estate, understands the laws and regulations in the county, and has a vast network of people to help her and her clients.On the day we closed on our house there was a problem with the gas fireplace. Cindy called one of her contacts, he was out to the house in under 45 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem, all before our scheduled closing time. Her local knowledge is superb, she was helpful finding all the additional professionals needed to complete the transaction, and allowed us to see the as many homes as many times as we wanted before a decision was made, never letting us feel like we were bothering her. A certain realtor there should loose his license. He screwed my in laws over. The house they bought needed work so the previous owner left money for them that he took for himself.the house they originally wanted to buy, the real story didn’t bother putting an offer into. Also, the construction company who bought the old property we think paid him off not to sell it to anyone else. THATS ILLEGAL. How do we know this? The house a few doors down was bought by someone who tried numerous times to get ahold of the realtor but the attempts fell of deaf ears. The realtor purposely ignored his calls and refused to return the voicemails. On top of that they got about 70,000 under the original asking price and the process was a nightmare. He wouldn’t update us on anything unless WE called him first.

Unless you are selling a house $650k or more, they will treat you like a peasant. Take your business to a realtor that actually cares. You are just another number to them.
