I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! So when I said to Laura Thank You for answering the phone I truly meant it.. What a Nice branch it was Fountain Green #6418 Great Job Laura ?

I was trying for 7 months to get an issue resolved. I was getting help from no one. Finally I talked to Tabitha Kiebler at M&T fountain green branch on Agora Dr. In Bel Air, MD. Tabitha went above and beyond to get my issues resolved in ONE day! She is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and thorough. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. I dealt with so many different people over the course of 8 months and no one took the time to help me. Finally I was blessed to find Tabitha. Thank you with all my heart Tabitha!

I highly highly recommend this branch. Ramonie is one of the most professional, courteous and friendliest bankers I've ever encountered. She consistently goes above and beyond but most importantly she genuinely cares about her clients which is rare in the customer service industry. I have a peace of mind knowing that I'm in good hands with Ramonie. I hope that M&T is aware of what a great asset she truly is. She is the epitome of a great banker!
