Everytime i come to this kfc. They either close kfc at 8pm or never have kfc bowl. I know they lying too cuz hour late i came back and they had the bowl. This kfc by far the worst. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY LIE ALL THE TIME.

Bathroom could be sanitized better u can smell the bathroom as you order your food!

The food was good, but it was a bit overcooked. The mashed potato bowl had "3" chicken nuggets. It was like the servers were doing us a favor eating there.Parking: The restaurant has a fairly large parking lot on the west side and behind the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spaces and wide enough doors

I wish it was an option for a negative star. The manager had no control over her employee’s behavior whatsoever. I’ve been coming here for years and this was by far the worst experience. It only seems to get worst! The staff is so comfortable there, that they dare you to ask for a manager

The worst thing KFC could have done was get rid of potato wedges. They replaced wedges with fries and they are not good.

Just close this location down and get it over with. They giving out old overcooked food. Drinks flat. There’s always a problem ALWAYS….I probably go here once a year now and it’s just getting worse. I got my son something tonight and was in a rush to get home tired from work ….I knew I should’ve checked it but I was tired…….I’m regretting it now smh…..then when you call it’s never a answer……This location is trash. They should call it ……Keep away From Calverton location.SMH THAT WAS MY LAST TIME FOREAL I MIGHT START PUTTING SIGNS UP WARNING PPL YALL IN THE WAY.

This place is terrible to come during lunch time. They will take about 20 minutes to get your food ready. I ordered a meal (a bowl) and took 20 minutes to make. Management was rude. They stereotype who they want to help in there. Someone please help this place.

Smelled awful, biscuits tasted like they've been out for 4 hours, the tenders were even worse, holy heck do not go here even if it's your only choice. Makes the gas station bathroom look like a better place to eat.

Their food is STALE. I had a Nashville Hot Tenders meal with fries, & Cinnabon delights. Everything was hard as a brick EXCEPT FOR THE DRINK ?Smh. Never thought I'd see the day a KFC biscuit harder and drier than Popeyes ???♀️✌?

Worst KFC in America??????????they steal money from you?, they have a 99% chance of giving you the wrong order? or short your order drastically❌, especially if they’re black males at the drive through⚠️, the Spanish women are okay (Only) ✔️check your food especially☑️ also check your change BEFORE you pull off✅, they should be shut down❗️, and they always run out of chicken‼️and I found a nickel in my mash potatoes and gravy and it was sealed?I wouldn’t be surprised if that store make the news ?

Food was cold and some of the food order was not given to us and the mobile helpline was disconnected / not working chicken was good but fries cold & slightly soggy didn’t get our receipt or Mac and cheese that we ordered

Hard biscuits. Ordered a 8 piece and got 6 legs and 2 thighs and cost me $31.00. Won't answer the phone when calling back. I will let Corporate know and will spread it to customers. Today is June 25, 2022. 10:05 pm. And no napkins with the order.

Took cash-only money after closing hours. Made customers wait 35 min. Staff DEFINITELY WAY TOOOOOOOOO HIGH. Stuck in drive-through line [cars in front AND behind] [MAJOR fire hazard]Corporate-help-line was busy/disconnected.This location should pay me to eat there next time. I still might decline.

June 14, 2022. Drive-through order taker couldn't get the order correct. Her English was terrible....I couldn't understand her, she couldn't understand me....why would KFC place someone in a position that couldn't grasp the English language? I ended up driving off without my food and went to Wendy's next door. A very frustrating experience.
