Katrice was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses they sell and patiently walked me through trying out several firmnesses of mattresses until I found one just right. Bought a mid-price one and also a nice firm supportive pillow (2 for one price)! Delivery within 2 days and they also will remove my old mattress for a reasonable price. I don’t have the haul away capacity nowadays so that service is well worth paying for.

Katrice was an amazing person to work with. She was a passive salesperson which was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't need anyone telling me what I needed or to push the most expensive options on me.She let me take my time testing all sorts of different mattresses and gave me great guidance on choosing the right fit.I got an amazing mattress and adjustable frame and pillow and had a wonderful experience working with katrice. She was professional and friendly and in my opinion, deserves a raise. Regardless of what she's making, her professionalism and customer support was top notch.

I had a great experience shopping for a Mattress. My sales person listened to my needs and price range. She gave me several choses. I was never pressured to make a decission. The process took 30 min.s. I have a mattress.

Needed a new mattress. We had one in mind and Kafi was able to navigate us to one similar. After trying a couple of mattresses,we settled on the Black C class.

I can honestly say I would shop again at this location because of Kathnce the store expert. She was knowledgeable helped me find the best mattress for my body type and need for my issues. She deserves to be recognized by her manager and the company as an outstanding employee and asset to mattress firm and their customers.

I dealt with a sales person, Katrice, at the Berlin store. 5 stars all the way. We purchased a king zero gravity bed and she spent a lot of time explaining my options that fit my needs and my budget. She was an expert and I appreciate her focus and dedication to her products and service.

**Edited because the response from the owner was genuine, and I can't fault a store for being busy and selling out of what I wanted before I got there (it's an hour plus drive). Friendly staff, they know their mattresses! I would definitely go back in the future.
