I moved out of my house one year ago and the house was sold. Comcast calls me to have my name removed from the Acct. However, instead of them removing my name they kept my name and put the new person's social security number under my name. And now I have to go to the Comcast center and fill out a damn form to have them remove my name from the account. This is Comcast fault not mine.

Exchanged our cable box. Waited about 2 minutes and it took another 2 minutes to get new box and remote. Assembly and set up was easy once I got home.
