My parked car was clearly totaled by a GEICO policy holder, it took over a month for them to offer the insured’s coverage, which was ridiculously low. Julian of The Conley Agency led me through the rather vexing process and State Farm’s successful four (not 31) day subrogation of the claim. I couldn’t ask for more support

Nicole was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me transition my Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies from a previous insurer. Not only did she find superior coverage options, but she also secured better pricing.

Julian is the only person I want to deal with. He is always available, without attitude, and extremely helpful. Sarah, on the other hand, is a bit snippy and I never get to deal with Jeff. Julian is the best.
