Terrible service. Slow as can be. Waited 60 minutes in a lobby with 1 other walk in only to be told I had to schedule an appointment and the kiosk should not have checked me in as a walk in. Rude and unhelpful. Also parking at this location is an absolute cluster.

As usual, a very competent experience.

The interior is not clean and needs to be remodeled. There is no receptionist to help, just an iPad for you to check in on. Staff is unprofessional. Avoid.

I will not come to Quest, at least this location any more. Walk in is impossible and the attitude is bad. My husband and I both went to the same location, different lab at 9:45am today. He went to Labcorp and completed the routine blood test within 30min. I went to Quest, and was still in Quest waiting room. The patient behind me on the waiting list knocked at the door and tried to get a sense of how much longer we still need to wait. The gentleman opened the door and told him it is impossible for Friday and Monday and they are human being and cannot work forever. However it didnot seem that busy. During the time I was waiting there 30-45min, there were a total of 3 people.. I called my doctor right away and changed the test order to Lap corp at the same location. I Went to Lab corp and completed the express checkin and the test within 10min. It is such a huge difference. Quest needs to work hard to change the customer service.

Super slow. There are not too many people in the waiting room and walk-ins are not encouraged at all. They should be able to fit it. One hour and haven’t been called yet. I have never had this problem in LabCorp before. This is Bethesda! Please! I was expecting more in this area.

I would love to share about a staff at the Quest on Rockledge drive. Joseph has the best energy and attitude and he just made my day! The world needs more people like him especially in the medical field. Thank you Joseph

My OB switched from LabCorp to Quest. UNFORTUNATELY.
This Quest location is really confusing to locate. Paid parking only. And then you find out that at 1pm on a weekday nobody can see you. Awesome.
LabCorp has none of these issues, esp. their Rockville Pike location. Park for free, walk-in, done in 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience today, and the staff was so kind and friendly, even though they were five minutes late due to a really bad accident on the beltway. They were calm and kind, and they had me in and out in 5 minutes!!! Their lateness was out of their control and yet they were very apologetic.

I am a fully disabled veteran. I see many in the medical field on a regular basis. Labs are a very frequent part of my care. But this visit was especially different because of Ruth. I was amazed by her professionalism, her warmth, her knowledge, and above all else, her willingness to go to length to ensure I left there empowered and complete. I believe Quest could benefit if she went around to all locations and trained other employees on how to get the job done quickly, expertly, and with the utmost pleasant experience a client can receive. Ruth was the brightest part of a very gloomy day. She is the model that all phlebotomists should follow. Please let her know of my remarks and I hope she can be rewarded.

I find the staff technicians excellent, they are very good at what they do and are very friendly. I go to the Rockledge location because of the great staff.

Awful every time. Inefficient, non-communicative, and run down facility - feels like you are in Cold War Yugoslavia.
