I currently live at Kenilworth Towers and have been here for 7yrs. The apartments are very big and cozy. I’m on the 6th floor and at night it’s very peaceful. The walls are concrete so you don’t hear noise. Marquita Resident Manager and her Maintenance Team are top rated. Call in a request maintenance is at your door. Never no major issues. My balcony faces the pool so at night when the pool lights are on the view is beautiful. Most importantly no mice, roaches or bugs. Only problem is car theft’s would like to see cameras added and daily night security. In the East building The laundry machine to add money on your card has not worked for maybe over a year have to go to the West building to add money which is a inconvenience. Your Air and heat is controlled by property so living on the top floor it can get very hot if the air has not been turned on yet but for the 7yrs. I’ve been here each year it’s get better with air being turned on earlier then the year before. Residents are nice and friendly. With that being said Kenilworth Towers gets 5 stars from me .

I will give Kenilworth Towers Apartments a 5 star because I was not expecting perfection when I moved there, but I was amazed by the effort of the staff in keeping the community clean, responding to maintenance requests, and professionalism. I lived in Kenilworth Towers Apartments from 2017-2022 and had no complaints. The staff kept up with the good work. I remember how clean and shiny my hallway was. Mmm!!!! the smell of the hallways when it was recently cleaned... the curb appeal of the community....???.If, as residents, "WE" sit trash bags in the hallways instead of using trash shuts... If our kids pull out the buildings' decoration just for fun... If we drink/eat and throw our dirt on the grass... what do you think will happen!? Despite our misbehavior, the staff kept the community welcoming and comfortable. Sometimes, we tend to forget that the community's excellency does not only depend on the staff work but mostly on the residents' responsibilityAgain, I am giving 5 stars ? .

I lived here for around 5.5 years. Overall it was a wonder experience. The people are so friendly holding doors open. Kids at the park and pool. Nice neighbors who held book clubs every week. I loved living here, especially compared to the other apartments in the area.

The manager (Marquita Hamilton) literally harasses kids for no reason and screams at children for nothing. She's been doing this for a long time now, she is always making false accusations about children running in the halls when they are minding their business. Picking on a certain group of people, loitering when they either live in the building or waiting for someone for a certain reason, she's always telling the parents a different story each time it happens, also when she has been stalking each of us too outside the window. and all of this really makes us uncomfortable I have been witnessing this a lot and I just wanted me and my friends to speak out because we had enough of Ms. Marquita picking us around when there's other people in the building too and it's not only us that has been picked on her. It's really embarrassing because you cannot be arguing with kids at your grown age accusing them of something they didn't do.

I have lived in more than four different apartment complex since 2009 to date, but amongst all no one could be compared to Kenilworth Towers. It's in Kenilworth Towers that I experienced and still experiencing peace, joy, comfort and mostly security. The only thing that disturbs me most time is the corrosive and repulsive smells of Indian hemp (weeds) which some occupants smoke. But I thank God that the management has sent notifications condemning that act of smoking hemp inside the building. Aparr from that, Kenilworth Towers is a good place to live.

I seen someone already addressed this situation but I am here to speak on my perspective. First, the manager Marquita Hamilton definitely harasses children when they are just minding their business and not bothering anyone. Another adult who lives in the apartment complex could be doing the same thing but once a kid does it she has a problem and immediately targets them. We can barely even walk in the hallways innocently without being bothered or accused of something by her. Also, another lady that lives on the 6th floor in the west building named ms.harris also does the same thing she does. Ms.harris has threatened to put hands on us before and she harassed children as well. She does not respect children but expects respect and return which is very rude. Also, she gets in children’s business and tries to act like as if she is the parent or guardian when she is not. This is ridiculous and it should stop. Just because you are an adult you shouldn’t try to bring down or be controlling over a younger age group it’s just not right.
