This place has the slowest service ive ever seen at a bank. They always have full lines that reach the door and they dont care about it. The girl with the mask on always takes he sweet ole time with everything. Takes her 10 minutes just to process a check. I swear she just be clicking button on the computer

HORRIBLE!!! I’m in the bank & line is extremely long … one person behind the counter. There is an emp at his desk doing nothing … he keeps getting up walking round twiddling his fingers instead of simply asking a Customer if he can help or at best do deposits only. Just sad

This bank has the worst service in town don’t come here! It’s 17 ppl in line and two tellers and told us the last telling went to lunch! It’s the worst bank in the area!

How is there 10 people in line but 4 people working. 2 are on computers, 1 is talking to a client, and 1 at the counter... why can't the people on the computer assist then go back on the computer ?

Very mindful of social distancing as well as quick and very helpful service, made my stop here very fast and easy. The location is very well kept inside and the tellers were very professional and welcoming. I'm glad my buisiness banks with this branch.

OPENED A MORTGAGE, CREDIT CARD AND CHECK ACCOUNT. BANK CLOSED MY CHECK ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE AND REASON. THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND STILL FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW. CRAZY BANK, WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM

I did not have a bad experience at all. Friday afternoon 12pm. Wait time from the time I entered the line, got my funds and got back to the car was under 10minutes. I timed it. I did get lucky though, as soon as I walked in the door 4 more customers came in behind me. But they had 3 tellers helping. Smooth transaction. Thanks!

ATM freezes all the time and services in the bank is slow. Branch needs more staff and their Computers need an update

The Employees Are nice don't get me wrong, but they only have like 2 people workin at the front it's literally 16 people in front of me and the line is barley moving, NEED MORE PEOPLE TO THE FRONT FOR FASTER AND BETTER SERVICE.!!!
