The pharmacy hours are totally ridiculous! 9-5 Monday through Friday, really? Unless you don't work, this would be ok but for those of us who do, this is not practical!

This pharmacy is trash, my kid is in pain with an infection and they can’t do nothing to receive a prescription. They are inhumans, should close this trash so another good pharmacy can open.

When this store was Rite Aid it was great. Those in the pharmacy, including the pharmacist, were very friendly and if there was a problem they took it upon themselves to fix it.When I call the pharmacy now I get someone who acts like I'm bothering her. Last month all my prescriptions sent from my doctor disappeared from their computer system as well as my history from March 2022. Walgreens main website had the correct info but that didn't matter to her. It was hours later until I got my meds, well most of them, and that only because my husband went in person and it still took him an hour.Today I called the pharmacy about another prescription and the same exact thing happened. Since my doctor hadn't responded yet about a refill she suggested I call my doctor.I will be using Weis pharmacy from now on.

Scheduled my second COVID booster and had an appointment at 10:00. Had to wait an hour for administration of the booster. After waiting 45 minutes I inquired at the pharmacy desk about the wait and was told I needed to wait for the pharmacist to get a chance to draw up the vaccine. Finally after 1 hour post check-in the store manager administered the vaccine. I received the three other vaccine at various other locations and it was right in and right out all three times. I would suggest selecting a different location for services and I plan to do the same.

I thought once they changed to a Walgreens the pharmacy would become more competent and nicer in general. They are SO RUDE. One example- I was immediately put on hold by a woman without even saying “hello”. When a man picked up the call, I asked about product availability over the phone for a pharmacy product and the man said “yes I think I see it from here.” I asked for specific information before coming in and he said “well I can’t really see it from here but I think so.” I asked “….well could you please go…look…?” He said “oh right yeah I see it now actually it’s what you’re looking for.”

I had a scheduled booster appointment and they told me to come 15 minutes early, in which I did, they still didn't give me the shot until 25 minutes after my appointment. Will not go back to them.

This is the least stocked of all the Wallgreens in Frederick County. Workers run the gamut from friendly to completely rude. The pharmacy is NOT open on weekends and close weekdays at 7. I arrived at 1:31 pm to pick up my medicine (they close for lunch at 1:30). One pharmacist mumbled something unintelligible to me and slammed the counter shut. I will be switching to the small privately owned pharmacy in the future

Walgreen's is by far the most inept pharmacy I've ever dealt WITH and this particular location is staffed by incompetent, useless pharmacists who lack even the basic skills to do the thing they're there to do...fill prescriptions. Not to exclude the website is the most poorly designed site on the www.Brunswick needs to push for CVS to open a location here, so that this Walgreen's realizes that they don't survive without providing customer SERVICE.
