Why didn't I start taking this class months ago? Yoga asana with a little flow thrown in with whichever weights feel right to you. I love the opportunity to switch up my routine.

The class left me completely relaxed and released. Nancy is thorough in her details and instructions yet light and fun with her delivery. I slept amazing after class and have enjoyed the benefits of the myofascial release to my neck and shoulders all week! Highly recommend.
