Fellows, Helfenbein & Newman did an excellent job for our family when my husband so sadly passed away in August, 2025. While we were navigating through terrible grief at the time, their excellent professional staff took care of everything for us. All funeral arrangements were made by them, including things we needed to purchase, the funeral mass, remembrance cards, flowers, the burial site, death certificates, etc. Every detail was taken care of efficiently and respectfully and with dignity.

We are so grateful to Cynthia and the entire FNH staff for the incredible care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. They guided us through every step with patience, understanding, and a gentle presence that made an unbearable week feel a little more manageable. Although we never imagined needing their services so soon, we felt completely supported by Cynthia and her team in every way. Cynthia went above and beyond, even making herself available at all hours to answer our last-minute questions. We will forever be thankful for FNH’s help in planning such a beautiful service, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need.

I recently met with Ryan to discuss arrangements for my final farewell. He was incredibly informative, and I appreciate all the guidance he provided.

I had seen before the kind and considerate way the folks at the funeral home treated everyone at viewings and services at my church. But I experienced first hand their professional yet personal touches when my sister passed. Arrangements were handled just as we wished with compassion and caring. They continue to touch base with helpful suggestions during the grieving process. It's like family.
