My experience at this store was amazing from start to finish! Stuart and the manager are terrific. It was refreshing to get such great customer service. It just doesn’t happen that often these days so I am extremely appreciative. Problem with my laptop was promptly assessed. Repairs came in at estimated quote. Delivered in advance of promised date. I was referred to UBWF by a staff member at Best Buy, so that says a lot too. Hope I don’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll go here for sure!

My phone screen cracked and my phone insurance connected me with ubreakifix. Ivan was my technician and was very prompt, resourceful and explained everything he was doing to my phone. I love the option of coming to your business/residence. They repair your phone in their vehicle in less than an hour! Highly recommend!

Ugh where do I begin? Disastrous experience! I've never been this disappointed and angry at any service/shop this much in my life! So I took my 6 month old phone in because the NFC sensor, (the apple pay sensor) stopped working, and everything else worked perfectly as their own report later said too. First they set me up with the most horrible replacement phone, 2 models lower and in pretty bad physical shape that even my esim wouldn't work on it. They were of no help setting up the esim on my replacement device. I was finally able to hand in the device and get out of the store after around 2 hours on first visit! Ten days and two separate orders of parts needed later they still couldn't fix it at which point I'd already given up hope and had requested a new device through my warranty. The shop were delayed in contacting me the third time when they had the news that my phone now needs a motherboard to be ordered! I said nvm and I will just pick it up to return it for the hold on my credit card for the warranty replacement. They said they usually charge for data transfer, but the would do it for free for me! Lol Since I didn't need someone to push the "transfer" button, I said I could do i, so I go in to get my phone and guess what? The phone does not turn on at all!! When I ask them about it, first they say dismissingly that it's just out of battery, which quickly becomes clear it's not.. so I wait another hour in the store for them to finally admit the motherboard's broken now and my data gone with it... most infuriating attitudes and most disappointing service

The 9-year-old battery in my iPhone6 would no longer hold a charge, so uBreakiFix replaced it within 2 hours at a reasonable price and it comes with a 1-year warranty. Excellent service.

Dennys was great. He quickly helped diagnose the problem with my phone and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the issue. It took a bit longer than the estimated time however I was very satisfied with the service. He also explained to me how to care for my phone and my options for phone protection if I was interested in getting that.

I called in to get several price quotes and Chris was very nice and informative. I originally though that the prices were a bit to high, but when Chris explained that they offer a 1 year warranty, and a 50 discount if I got home plus, this offered a lot more re-assurance about their job quality. After coming in and having Alex help me and keeping me updated on the repair I will definitely be coming back for all my future repairs. And definitely considering home+.
