I think we visited five shoe stores at the mall today and Skechers has a great selection of casual shoes and sandals. And, I thought their prices were reasonable. Especially noteworthy was the excellent service from Elena. She was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We needed a lot of assistance and she could not have been better.

This is a dinky store, mostly offering tennis shoes and similar. Not a large store like many others. Also, VERY hard to find in the mall.

I went in the store to browse around and I saw lots of beautiful winter boots on display. Samantha, was there to help me with the purchase, she gave me a lot of information of each pair of shoes I wanted to try, and I did try a good amount of boots before a made my final decision, I ended up buying two pairs. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Great customer service, thanks to Elena, who works in the store!!! What a refreshing experience to meet a retail employee who goes out of her way to help you! Especially these days when retailers blame poor customer service on their inability to find "good employees." Great comfortable shoes and great customer service. The staff member Jayden guided us well and went that extra mile to help us. Went in to buy one pair. Ended up buying 3. My only regret was that there was no sale

Under staffed for Black Friday. Shoes were stacked all over the checkout and attendants were struggling to help customers and restock. I felt bad for the attendants.However I found great shoes and good deals.

I was just here today with my Mom. Erica did a spectacular job helping me find new shoes for work and made our visit extra special. The other man working there at the time was helping another customer, but I was still able to pick up on his friendliness and hospitality as he greeted us first entering the store. It’s not everyday that you much such friendly and helpful people while shopping, one let alone two. I really enjoyed my experience here today and want to thank both Erica and her co worker for making our visit great :) You guys rock

Employees were too busy with their own conversations to help us. We had to go to them to ask for help to get a shoe. By the time they were not too busy with each other, we just left.
