We've owned 2 Sleep Number beds for almost 20 years. They lasted that long before needing to be replaced, they easily outlast any standard mattress set. Given our previous experience purchasing Sleep Number bed we knew what we expected and wanted. The Sleep Number sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Drew showed us the models, explained the differences, and made our entire purchasing experience fun and easy. We are delighted with the experience we had at the Columbia, MD Sleep Number store.

I had a great experience with this bed company from start to finish. The showroom was clean, organized, and easy to browse. The staff members were welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the differences between various mattress types and frame options. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy, which made the experience much more comfortable.
The selection of beds was impressive, with options to fit every style, budget, and comfort level. I was able to test several models and find one that felt perfect for my needs. The salesperson made sure I understood the warranty details, delivery process, and care instructions before finalizing the purchase. Christopher at Columbia Mall was my salesperson and very helpful. I’ve had my Sleep number 8 bed with flex fit base for about 2 months now. Sleeping the best I have in years. Highly recommend this bed

The only problem we had was that we were sent a 5% discount code in email that didn’t work at checkout. They tried to compensate with free sheets but the value of the sheets we wanted came nowhere near 5% of our purchase.

I was sold a product that no longer exists. Beware- the bases in the store are no longer what are made. It has been several months, and sleep number has yet to fix it or come up with an acceptable solution. They have made several visits with incorrect or ill fitting products. There is little communication between the service teams so each time I have to re hash the problem. The technicians have very different opinions on what works compared to the people who answer the phones. The techs told me it is not unusual to take over 3 visits to get the service corrected. Very poor customer service for the amount of money you spend.

To who reads this. It's best bed I ever had. This is my second number bed. Even after 10 years. My old one is still the best. Gave it to my son he loves the the bed. His back is so much better.no more pain.it help with it. I would give it 10 stars. Thank u number bed. U make my sleep so much better. Up and ready to go 🚶♂️

We purchased a Sleep Number bed from the Columbia, MD store. Our sales person was Brian and he did an excellent job explaining the differences between each of the beds we were interested in. Our new Sleep Number bed was delivered earlier this week and we love it. I always thought I liked a firm mattress but my current sleep number is 45. Great bed!
