Mrs. Nicky is my hairstylist at Studio A and I can not thank her enough for the treatment I received!!
She always makes sure I am absolutely satisfied with my color and my style and making sure I look great when I leave.
Along with that she makes sure I am comfortable physically, supplying water, feet are raised ,water temperature for hair is good. WHAT more can you ask for.
I love the way she speaks to others to make sure they are comfortable and satisfied.
Thank you Mrs. Nicky. You are truly appreciated!!

I scheduled a wash and trim yesterday at 12:30 with COURTNEY. Not only did she come 30 minutes late and was doing my hair and the other clients hair at the same time but I was literally watching my hair rip out as she de tangled my hair DRY WITH NO CONDITIONER and continued to tell me I’m tenderheaded even tho IM NOT. She continued to hand me the comb and she stood there irritated and after all that had the nerve to turn the screen to ask for a tip? SHE SUCKS and she made my experience as a black woman TERRIBLE

The owner gave me an appointment for 7 am and no one was there when i arrived. I waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came. Girl who washed and blow dried my hair was short and rude with me. I was the only customer there and it was like she was in a hurry to be done with me. Charged me an extra $40 for a service without telling me how much it would cost.

The owner seems very arrogant and downplayed my insecurities about my hair loss. I only went in for a consultation and left feeling worse than when I came in....but, against my better judgment, I tried one more time. This was an appointment for a haircut with the owner, who pawned me off on another stylist once I arrived. That was the end for me. I doubt I will be going to any other salon because I felt so bad after this experience.

Let's just say my hair looked like Beetlejuice when I walked in for a consultation with Shanita. I walked out with a bouncey, flowing, colored bob. The funny thing is I had driven by this salon countless times, not realizing the answer to my natural hair dilemma was a stones throw away.Shanita is a true professional who knows hair. I am a fairly new customer. I am a morning person. I love the fact that Shanita is available as early as 5 am. My first visit I was nervous about the time. Shanita not only cut and styled my hair to my satisfaction, she got me out on time. I enjoy every time I have an appointment. Friendly, professional with a girlfriend positive vibe.
