Conowingo Swimming Pool is a clean and welcoming community pool that offers a pleasant environment for families and visitors. Located overlooking the Conowingo Hydro Electric Plant, the pool features a small, shallow area suitable for children, with a maximum depth of just under 5 feet. The facility includes a children's play area, two pavilions with reservable tables, and a reasonably priced concession stand offering snacks and drinks, which can be purchased with cash. Visitors appreciate the ability to bring their own food and drinks, although alcohol and beer are not allowed. The pool is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and changing areas, and provides free floatation devices and pool toys for added fun. The admission fee is $10 per person, with season passes available, though prices are considered a bit high by some. The pool can get crowded, especially around noon, and parking may be limited during busy times. There is a 15-minute adult-only swim each hour, which some find beneficial, but others find it inconvenient. The pool’s amenities and scenic surroundings make it a good spot to cool off and relax, though visitors are advised to be cautious on the stairs and during busy hours. Overall, it is a nice place for families to enjoy a clean, fun, and affordable swimming experience.
What a nice spot! Just $11 for the whole day! The pool is very clean, the surroundings are great, and the staff are wonderful :) You can even bring your own food and drinks (just no alcohol or beer)

Both pools are clean. Bathrooms/changing areas are clean. Foods pretty cheap. Bring cash. Their internet isn't great so they can't always take cards. Snack bar is cash only.
