“Amanda Tingle was amazing to work with. I cannot express how grateful I am for all her help with buying my first home. Amanda also pointed things out in the homes we toured that may be concerning or influence my decision without pressuring me one way or another (water damage, bad/messy repairs etc.)We had complications after inspection at one house. When I decided to end that contract and I decided on a different house my lender said I no longer qualified for the loan I was pre-approved for.
