Been Banking with BOA since 2007 because of my mortgage. I refinanced in 2014. Banker forgot to close old mortgage accounts so the fined me $25 a month after I agreed to go paperless. I didn't notice for like 18 months. Bank admitted fault but refused to refund all my money because they said their system couldn't go back that far.

Today, I had the BEST banking experience Ever. I lost my card and Carla was able to assist me and have back on the run in minutes. If you need help at thus bank, the STAFF is GREAT!!!! Ask for Carla. THANK YOU!!

I went in w/o an appointment (in a small panic) because I couldn't get into my online account. Ani Aroush was kind enough to see me herself without waiting. She was able to fix the problem quickly and with understanding. She was wonderful @!

Staff is kind but the wait is just unreasonable. Plus they close whenever they feel like it, on random days of the week. They need to hire another person or something.

Worst customer service & Longest line. Before covid19 one slowest employee and at least 10 people in line and at least 30 minutes wait..After covid19 double the wait...hire more people and improve the wait and customer sevice..THIS IS RIDICULOUS..

July 17th I go around 1:30 to make a deposit for my job. The Hispanic lady literally sits there and stares at me when I pull up to the window with this look on her face like “ummm can I help you” .... I’m like hello how are you today, yes you can help me. Whew customer service is gross. I see why the reviews are terrible. Lol I’ve never been to a bank and had the teller just sit and stare and not even say anything . That was weird

If I could put zero stars I would. The manager is the definition of horrible. They will do anything to block you from having your money and are not helpful. Roxanna, the woman manager, is the problem... extremely unhelpful. God... I also live in Derwood... why would you conflict with people that LIVE here.

Bank of America is deeply disturbed by the fact that one must wait more than 30 minutes for a service to be provided, Really the bank employee are not skilled and he don't know nothing. Extermilley i don't Like and i never recommend any one.

Bank of America is and will loose a lot of customers due to long wait every single time you're there..Its not the employees fault but the banks fault that they will have 1 teller all the time to save money....
