Wanted to get a moto stylus 2024 and transfer my number from my past carrier. The store manager gave me a price for everything . $218.00 . Why when I called another cricket store, the price for the same service is about $96.00. What is going on Here. Something is not right. I will never go to that district heights store on silver hill rd. I live 5 minutes from that store,but with an over $100 difference in price, I will drive to another store.SMH

I'm having a difficult and getting customer service on the line when I have phone issues and now I bought wireless internet service and it's not on I paid for it and why is not on why we can't get a you have a tech the handle these issues like the other company

I just experienced the worst customer service from this location. I was refuse service of obtaining a Sim card For one of my five lines that I have had for over 10 years. Reason being I didn’t have the phone on hand that I needed a Sim card for she told me it was store policy did not give it out without the phone, Which I have checked store policy and that’s simply not true. The older African-American woman talk very smart to me while acting like she was being professional. Logistically, the store is the closest one to my house and I wish you never have to go there again.
