Very quick service! I was in and out within an hour. My only concern was the amount of residue not cleaned up from my dashboard. It wasn't a lot, but it was there.

The people I actually communicated with were very nice. In and out in practically no time. Not too happy with the repair though, it looks like it’s still showing cracks. I knows it’s not always possible to completely repair a chipped windshield, still, I thought it was supposed to fill any tiny cracks. 🫤

Wasn't happy with the glass it wasn't factory tint as Mya told me it would be? It's just clear glass. The install and quick service was good but I specifically asked the girl would I be getting my factory tinted windshield and she replied yes. I feel I should have got what came with the car not an aftermarket clear glass windshield.

I arrived early for my appointment and was waited on immediately .They fixed the crack in my windshield in about 15 minutes .Can still notice the chip , I thought the process would hid the damage better then it did .

It was my daughter's car whose windshield was replaced. She said that it was done but it wasn't done on the first visit. When the tech arrived the first time, he said that the windshield had been replaced before, which we didn't know, and didn't know that it made a difference. But he wasn't able to replace it on that visit. I would think that if this makes a difference that Auto Glass Now would ask whether the windshield was original or a replacement. It sounds as though when they showed up the second time that the replacement went well.
