$8.00 fee to cash their own check, just because I don't bank personally with this rip off of a bank. Parking to get into this bank is near impossible during business hours.

I amazed by the poor customer service here. All during covid they left their drive through teller facilities closed forcing customers to come in the bank. They close at 4 pm and I just called 8 times without anyone bothering to answer.

Bank of America is the absolute worst for transactions/ money holds and customer service of any bank I have used. In short, they are what give banks a bad name.
