I went to this location and wanted to buy only one item, and while there were 6 employees working, it took me like 20-25 minutes to wait just at checkout.
As if they dont care about our time value

I am very satisfied with my care at this location. I was able to be helped the two days that I came to this store. I forgot the two gentlemen’s names but they were working the night of 5/7/25. I would definitely be returning if I am around this location.

Phil was incredibly helpful in assisting with the purchase of rotors and brake pads. It was very busy, but the staff worked diligently and efficiently to help each customer.

0 stars is deserved. I went in for brakes and rotors. The manager was too incompetent to handle this request. She was confused beyond belief. I stood in the store for an hour as she helped every customer that entered the store. I stood there for an hour just to be told the parts are not in stock at the store. This team at this store is a joke. I will not return to this pitiful store.

They had a book i could look up for proper windshield wiper purchase ... once purchased i had a problem installing the new ones .. shouldn't of been that hard but with all the plastics in them now they brake easily .. but antonio gave me a hand ensuring i had installed them properly and had me do a trial wet run in the parking lot with the new ones installed to ensure they functioned correctly .

My Subaru Cross Trek Battery died to day and I got the best help from Auto Zone for a new battery, 3 year warranty and the store manager, Cameron was so kind to install right there at the store!!! He would not accept a tip for all his help with getting me back on the road! Many thanks, Cameron!! You are the best and I will be back for filters and my other car needs!!!

batteries did go up since last time I bought one, about 15 years ago, but I don't know if that's AutoZone's fault lol.
Phil G gave me the best deal he could and installed it for me.
