If you want a nail salon that can take you at your appointment time, this is NOT THE ONE. They will make an appointment for you, let you show up and then let you wait for 30+ minutes without saying a word.I also want to note how incredibly dirty from the front to the back this place is.Lastly, if you’re not going to honor my appointment time, the least you can do is not be rude and short with me.This place is a big NO.

They need to do better on customer care and comfort the guy had my hand bent every which way and was very aggressive, I felt like I was under arrest and trying to get away! Then he threw my card at me when I didn't tip for the pain and suffering!

This is by far the worst nail salon I ever stepped foot into. Brought my mom here for Mother’s Day pedicures. BIG MISTAKE. Not only was the gentleman at the front super un inviting we decided to see how things went. We had an appointment at 1pm. By 2:15 my moms toes were finally being painted and my toes hadn’t even been touched by anyone not even any warm water LOL! After over an hour I took the freezing cold towel and tinfoil off my toes and threw back on my shoes. This was far from the Mother’s Day treatment experience I was going for and I truly believe you could get better service literally anywhere else. There was no music, tv, NOTHING but the sound of people breathing. The place is just a very unprofessional and uncomfortable setting. I received no sorry, was offered no discounts, absolutely nothing. This nail salon is a joke. I’m upset this is the kinda of money and experience I wasted to give my mom a nice Mother’s Day treat. If you are looking for an inviting good experience this is NOT IT! Go somewhere else.Service: Pedicures

I was a bit shocked when I was reading some of the negative reviews left for 2000 nails. I’ve been going here for many years and never have had any issues. Michael usually does my nails and they always look great! Holly is also very good. The staff always says hello as soon as you walk in the door.Services: Pedicure

Terrible nail salon the older woman is extremely racist and can't do nails. The card machine was down and I was asked to pay with cash, I explained that I needed to go to the ATM since I was paying with card and no one advised me beforehand that the card machine was down. Since there is no ATM nearby I had to drive to the PNC which is about one minute up the street, the older woman then threatened to call the police on me letting me know that she didn't trust me and started screaming that I didn't pay her. Of course in this day and age this isn't uncommon especially to people that share the same skin tone as mine the sad thing is I only came to have two nails fixed as I came in with a fresh set from another salon. I was extremely offended by this experience because I would never run off and not pay for my nails. As I returned with the $11 the older lady didn't apologize to me after making a huge scene or anything she took the money and told me to get out. I would not recommend this nail salon to any African-American women especially young women because they are racist, and it could lead to a potentially dangerous situation over something as small as $11. To add insult to injury the woman cut my finger while doing my nails and did a extremely sloppy job. If you refer to the photos she fixed my index finger and it looks terrible. 100% would not recommend.

Went into this establishment today because I've been looking for a new nail tech. I gave 2 stars only because the guy (wish I knew his name but he didn't even introduce himself) did do a nice job on my nails when it comes to the shape and fill. But the experience as a whole was pretty crappy. He was not friendly or professional what so ever! I've been a successful hairstylist for 18yrs so I know what it takes to build a clientele. This guy has talent in nails, but due to his personality or lack of one, he won't ever build a solid business for himself!

My nails look great! Great attention to detail.However, this had to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was so bad that the other employee had to yell at her. If you go here, do not plan on talking to the staff, unless you work with (I believe) Michael. In addition, she forced me to pay in between sessions (pedi/mani), and she was aggressive the entire time.I will not be going back, but I wish them the best.

1st time going to this nail salon for a pedicure and I'm sure they new I was a new customer to! So the lady/manager assigned an older lady to me. Although she was nice I had to inform her multiple times that she did not do any maintenance to the nail like cleaning the cuticle section around the toe then when it came to polishing she was not covering my whole toe nail in Polish and she was quite messy with the polish. On a good note they do take Covid-19 seriously you have to wash your hands as soon as you walk in and the have separators between/in front of the seats.

Michael is amazing! Takes great care in his work. I absolutely love my nails. He's like the plastic surgeon for nails. Prices are great. Also had my eyebrows done but by one of the incredible women that work there. They all are amazing and take their time with any service you need done. Ive been using their business for over a year now and this review is way over due. I very much recommend them for anything you need done.

I’ve had so many bad experiences at other surrounding nail salons but this one really takes the cake. I’m a simple kind of girl and wasn’t really educated on nail care but the techs here are knowledgeable and care that you’re satisfied with what you leave with. Great staff ?

I got a dip powder French manicure and pedicure at my first visit. The dip powder manicure lasted a week before the edges started peeling up at the bottom (see pics). The pedicure is also already chipping. It almost feels like they didn't put any top coat on the pedicure. And over priced from the salon I typically go to. Overall, not impressed with quality and won't be going back.
