Can’t even tell you when their food is fresh and they promote “ fresh out the oven”, yeah ok. I asked them for a fresh order of wings and he said no, take old wings. No wonder people get sick.

Redeemed 7/11 points here and got 2 free slices unlike the other 7/11 up the street that threw my pizza away. Jesus died for sins but do not deliver from this location any food unless you speak Hindi. I ordered pizza. The delivery driver came 2 hours later with ice cream. The delivery driver went back to store to pick up my cold pizza. The manager I called told me send back his delivery driver to pick up correct food. The manager did not warm food up or replace anything and nothing complimentary for the inconvenience. I received 2 hour and 5 minutes late cold pizza. I live 5 minutes away. No points rewarded as well. 3rvs78

711 is the most convenient store that I can frequent for essentials. 711 offers deals all the time which is helpful and I enjoy using their points system to redeem for products. The staff is very friendly and I've known the GM for quite some time! Only downside is they don't have gas at this location or else this would be my main stopping point.

I went to this store around 11:20 this morning to buy ice coffee and spicy chicken. I asked for napkins before paying and the Associate/owner wearing glasses replied how can't I know how to orientate myself. I am a French speaker and know perfectly how to orientate myself.I felt uncomfortable to be treated the way I was.Customers may have different backgrounds and still be well treated every time they enter a store to buy.

I went here to buy coffee. They have a cold brew machine now and I just got off work, had another shift in 2 hours. It was 11 pm. So I walk in and the owner is in the back by the freezer and coffee. I asked him about the cold brew and he answered. So I pour a cup and it comes out dirty and NOT coffee. I tried a different nozzle but the same thing. As I changed my mind, the owner comes back and yells at me about throwing away the dirty cups. Asking me did I pay for all the cups. This dude doesn't have a clue how to treat people. Don't go here

You should be able to tell a customer how much something costs before they are forced to buy it. They could not tell me how much a lottery ticket would cost because they didn't know. They did not tell me that I had to buy it once it was scanned if they had I wouldn't have let them scan it. A ticket that I expected to be $9 ended up being $27. Luckily I had enough cash but they could not tell me why it cost so much but I that now that it was scanned I had to purchase it. All the while the owner or manager was nothing but rude to me and trying to sell my ticket to others so he wouldn't have to "take a loss" I told him I would buy it but I was just trying to figure out why it cost so much as he tried to rush me out the door. If you sell a product or service you should know a little bit about it but especially how its priced. I will not be back. It would be one thing if it were just an employee but the employee was the polite one.

I m very sad because since 3 days I notice afzal is not working there anymore he was very nice guy and very helpful person afzal was very good employee and very hard working person since he is not there so I will not go for business there anymore it’s better if owner call him back for his place because he was very awesome person for his business
