Great experience with my trailer rental at this U-Haul Authorized Center. The staff was professional, friendly, and made pickup and drop-off very easy. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Pricing was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. Highly recommend this location if you need a reliable U-Haul trailer rental!

Went in with my mother this afternoon and this girl asked us what we needed. We wanted some moving boxes yet they did not have such thing available she said. My mother felt insulted thanks to this employee barely wearing any clothing on top of her also not having any boxes for us to purchase. Do better. All I been hearing about thanks to your negligence.

Diana gave me a call to check on me about my needs for storage. My wife and I have no space at home since we been holding on to several business items from my company that will be going out for other businesses as time goes. I was able to stop by yesterday and get my storage. I met Diana and another gentleman that was there with her at the time my apologies I can’t recall his name. Yet both of them treated me amazingly. Both very caring and professional. Diana was very sweet as well. My wife and I are very thankful for all the help and service received. Businesses need more employees like this. Thank you both very much.

Very helpful staff made getting my unit a breeze and good rates. Units are very easy to get to from your vehicle since they are all ground floor. All units are clean and tidy and so are the grounds. Can’t beat the location for ease of access
