Extremely convenient and efficient. The Staff was friendly, while the medical provider was extremely professional and transparent explaining the medical prognosis. I love coming to the professionals here!

I've read thru the reviews and the phrase Friendly team. THERE IS NO SUCH THING IN THIS PLACE.Front Desk, and cohort are :- aggressive and belligerent- rude- dishonest- not prepared in their line of workIf you want to be treated like a nobody this is the right place to go. Front Desk person raised their voice at the first question I had regarding the upcoming visit that i have scheduled and checked in for in advance. Since she was not able to answer my questions I have requested a manager. The new person ,that recommended as Karen, (Very ironic considering the situation) turned out not to be a manager that she initially introduced herself to be.Since I was not satisfied I have asked to speak to the real manager and another person came, her attitude was better but she was still not a manager and really had no knowledge on the topic that was discussed. All have lied to me and were hiding behind the words "This is the policy" . When I requested a document showing the illegal so called policy, no such document was ever produced. (Most Likely because Illegal requests cannot be on paper documents as they can be traced). In the end the real Manager arrived, and after presented with the situation she got everyone straight and I was on my way for the services that I had and appointment for. I was only 50 minutes late. So if you don't care about your rights as a consumer and don't value your time and want to be treated with no trace of respect with some uneducated person laughing in your face and literally giggling in your face like a teenager (She never identified herself but kept interfering into conversations ) then this is the place to go.After the Horrible Experience with all front Desk personnel and intervention of the facility manager I was checked in (again 50 min late ) and everything happened with no issues as it should .If you want to have your heart racing and your nerves tense to the extreme I recommend this place they have the right people greeting you.

I have always been treated with dignity & respect at this medical practice. I have been a patient since 1998 under their former name of Medical Access. I needed to see my primary care professional on the fly for a pre-surgery last minute clearance. Lili at the front desk was able to facilitate an in-between visit with Nehali. I am very grateful for the fast response and the care that I received that day. Thanks to these lovely ladies, everything scheduled went as planned. I highly advise seeing Nehali & TruHealth Now for your primary care medical needs.

I have come here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. My last visit on 1/29/24 involved a bit of an extended wait, as there was only one doctor for an entire room full of patients. The waiting area was full , with more people coming in just as one patient would get called back. In these scenarios you often wonder if your care is going to be substandard or rushed. I’d like to say that’s NOT what I experienced at all. Dr Ivanova was super polite and even apologetic about the delay. She did a thorough exam and asked pertinent questions, and never once seemed to be preoccupied with anything else. I have seen her a few times now and I felt it was time to write a review. Dr Ivanova is patient, kind, and compassionate. This is the way medicine should be!

Dr. Strobel is a wonderful doctor. She actually listens when I speak of any of my concerns & is very down to earth. I’m absolutely comfortable with her & I would trust/recommend Dr. S to everyone!!

very bad experience with appointment control, I don't know why they made me go today even follow when my appointment was for next Wednesday 12-20-23 for a physical and without asking me they changed my appointments, they assigned me two appointments for a physical in December 20 and January 3, the Appointment system is terrible, it was my Dr.Jimenez's turn to make time to do the physical because I was coming from Bethesda. I have been with them for many years, and I never had this problem, but now I don't know what is new for this to happen.

I absolutely love Dr Takhar. She makes you feel so comfortable and really listens to what is going on. I couldn't ask for a better primary care doctor. I feel very blessed to have her as my health care doctor.

When I’ve had issues with insurance or needing to send a message to a doctor these two people have been AMAZING!!!Lillian and John complete asset to the practice. They have caused me to continue with this practice. Continue to remember CUSTOMER SERVICE is completely important and remember the reason for the practice.

Went to Tru urgent care in Germantown for the first time today. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, physician's assistant, and doctor. Short wait in waiting room and exam room both. Much better experience than I had in the past when under Medical Access. Keep it up Tru! Thank you.

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Everyone was helpful at reception, the collector was knowledgeable and explained was she was doing. It is a great place for quick service and they keep you upto date of your results.Thank you and much appreciated,Vaishali:)
