The quality used to be so much better. Now they’re trying to compete with Nadine’s. When I called the lady said I would have 2 people working on braids and that my style will be much quicker, but they didn’t and it wasn’t. Still took over 5 hours. And the braids are super tight. Its been 5 days and no relief. $220 wasted bc I can’t go another day feeling like my scalp is being pulled in a million different directions. This ain’t it. I’ve been coming to Princess for decades…but that’s it

Terrible experience they rude dirty disrespectful over charged me for no reason they got roaches crawling around on the counter it’s a pregnant lady in there that think just because she pregnant she can’t talk to you any kind way they talk bad about people in their language so you don’t know what they saying I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I have been going to princess off and on for years more like decades but this experience I will never come back there again .
I called for knotless braided the owner I know very well
But the stylist were rude nasty attitudes etc.
I had to ask another hairstylist does my stylist have an attitude because I don’t want her doing my hair if her attitude is nasty so their are two people braiding my hair they are talking in . Their language about me because I said something about her attitude then my braids are horrible
I contacted the owner and asked can they just fix my ends no response
I would never come back I would not recommend them to anyone they started with curls hat was uneven and a mess I come home braid the hair up dip pit in water this is the end results I should not have had to rebrand my hair if this was done properly

You have to know a good Braider to get good service because they gave me someone and they work is trash I went for a touch up I told her how many it was only the middle part and the edges the braids don’t match at all I had to take it all out cuz they wasted the time I had smh they also need to clean up and stop using combs from one head to another that’s unsanitary you pulling the hair out the comb is not cleaning it

Customer service sucks if somebody is paying you there money, learn to be respectful I don’t care what country you are very learn some respect and keep smart comments to yourself when people are coming to get serviced.

I have been coming to Princess over two years we started with mommas then a lady name Marion she is rude and burn my daughter with hot water I almost went to jail but that got resolved n discounted then we go to kahdi2, she does a good job but she can be Rude and have a smart mouth and I don't Condone that when I calculate how much I have spend in a year $3,500 to 4,000 yearly in braids, these people need to talk to people better, I am not accepting rudeness it's to many other Braiding companies that can accept my hard earn money.

Well this will be my last time bringing my daughter here.
First of all they’re always making rude comments towards my daughter thick hair making her feel some type of way as my daughter has thick beautiful hair. They’re always complaining about her texture hair when they have hair the same as hers, better yet, their hair is nappier than a sheeps ass!! If you can’t do thick hair then you’re not a real stylist, PERIODT! You don’t make negative comments towards a child about their hair! Never coming here again! Hairstyles are mediocre anyways, this is why I will support African Braiding Center per usual!

The Braiders don’t listen. They sit you in a chair without a mirror and you’ll walk out looking totally different from what requested. The Braiders are also heavy handed and I explained that I’m very tender headed. My scalp has scabs forming from this experience. Won’t be back, loc’n my hair✨

I was not given the length I requested. I had issues with neck and requested shorter braids. I was given longer braids to line the braider’s pockets. It’s a shame they stopped listening to the customers. I patronized the shop for 15 years. But, I had to find another home shop. Lastly, I believe some of the braiders are ageist.

Sunday myself and my daughter got our hair braided I’ve been coming to princess since they open but I’m done!!! Firstly they put the size braids in ur hair they feel like doing even if u ask for a certain size then they act as if ur confrontational if u want to look at ur hair to make sure it’s what u asked for I’ve over looked this several times but not anymore it’s to much money for theses women to play in ur hair and then have the nerve to ask for a tip. They need to get some younger braiders to do more up to date styles
