We were greeted immediately and made to feel welcomed. The staff went over and above to help us find the youth baseball equipment we needed. Many stores these days just point you in the direction of the things you are looking for. Not these guys. They took us to the area and found items we were searching for!! Stellar service!

Everyone in the store is very nice I would give 5 stars but the Manager Brian acts very unprofessional and as though he doesn’t like his job very much. I would think it would be different being a new store and all.

Went to the friend's and family grand opening. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. Lynel in the gun safe dept. was so helpful and knowledgeable. So much merchandise to look at! Went back a second time to see cashier Heather helping a customer and answering all his questions with such pleasantness. Hope all the staff continue to be the best customer service around!

The store and Hagerstown is so awesome. The prices are great. It’s like a Cabela’s and dicks and bass pro all wrapped up in one but the prices are 10 times better. The employees are fantastic and so willing to help you. I love the store it’s in Hagerstown right where the old hobby lobby was.
