Worst service I've ever had! Charged $138.00 for haircut and highlights the cut looked like a child did it and the highlights didn't take looked awful. Was to get a trim and came out with a (mans) short haircut, called spoke with the manager, thought a full refund should've been issued to me .i sat for 2 hrs to look like a horror show.

I see Jenna from this salon and she is an absolute dream! Never has failed to transform my hair and I always leave extremely happy and confident. My children see Traci and she is the absolute best with children. My son makes sure to let me know when he needs to see Traci. Overall I definitely recommend this salon!

i have been with Jenna at JCPenny in Hagerstown for five years. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Jenna is professional, a color and cut expert and continues to manage my styling with suggestions appropriate for season as well as the amount of light in my color and highlights. The salon is managed by Gordon, another professional who handles alll aspects of client concerns with exceptional finesse. The salon team members are service oriented and assist with questions.
