Employees aren't very friendly. Due to theft issues don't be offended if you feel like you're being treated like a thief.
Store not super organized. Employees aren't much help finding things.

I had an experience at Home Depot in Lansdowne the other day I need to share. I rented tools on 2 separate days. During both transactions, Kayla, Tom, Scot & Zach were all polite, nice and informative and went out of their way to assist me. Bravo team rental, you all should teach customer service in that store. Thank you.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was purchasing two appliances and the very young sales associate who was very polite but knew nothing about appliances and could not finish the sale without calling management four times and sent us to self checkout in front of store which would not allow us to check out large appliances. So we were sent to customer service who would not allow us to check out splitting payment between two cards.

Bought a box fan and plant fertilizer, got to my car and realized I left my phone at self checkout.
I noticed someone was using the register that I had just left so I went straight to the self checkout worker to ask if someone brought it up. Now, I felt she looked at me weird when I first I left but I just kept it moving as that tends to happen. But when I got back inside she quite bluntly told me I didn't pay for my stuff.
Showed her my receipt and that was the end of it. No apology, she pretty much just shrugged it off.
I was just really confused as to what led her to that conclusion. Its not like I left the store in a rush and I was back within minutes of leaving the first time. It was embarrassing to be honest.
Typically, with stuff like this, I just don't go back. But after seeing some recent reviews and being a black male, I felt obligated to share this experience.

This is a Home Depot. They didn’t have what I needed but I don’t think they ever even sell that. Bathroom is huge in there. Employees were helpful.

The staff in particular that was the most memorable is the lady that is working in tool rental. She was super cool and works really quickly. The lady with the curly brown hair. I don't know if she has been there a while but she deserves a raise for sure.

I will start by saying that I need 3 more major appliances. The experience with Home Depot has made me dread my future purchases. I have no problem with customer service in store.
My problem is that I was not asked a couple of questions that would have eliminated the confusion at delivery. Especially since the delivery people could not speak ENGLISH! If you purchase appliances make sure you're comfortable with this!

Went in today to pick up a gifr gard for my husband .We just bought a house and we have been at HD so much and spent sooooo much money ,so for fathers day I wanted to just grab him a gift card .I walk in grab a card and go to the self checkouts .I see people scattered all over the place and what i assumed was 2 lines cuz tgere was no one saying or any signs .I wait behind some guy and then a checknout was free i go to walk up and the women running the self check out calls over from the other line that the register was open for him to use .I was in front of it and I said I was here first in that line sge says thats not a line there is only one line .I said i had been standing there and there is no sign or anyone saying there is only one line and I had a bunch of people behind me thinking it was a second line .It was a complete mess and they need to make people aware there was only one line with a sign or have someone directing people to the only line .There also were plenty of self check put not open .
