I had my manual transmission fail on me on a Mon afternoon - clutch pedal stayed right in the floor. I was able to limp it to ATM right before closing. They had it diagnosed the next day, ordered parts and I had my car by Friday. When there was a question of a strange noise later on, they brought it in and covered 100%of the parts/labor under warranty with no questions asked. They are not a discount shop, but very professional and will get the job done right for a reasonable price.

When overdrive went out suddenly on our big van, I did a lot of research online. After seeing good reviews for ATM, I took it to them. Ginny is very knowledgeable and was aware of all the upgrades that are possible on my model. She has a sense of humor and was up front on my options and their cost. A few years back ATM rebuilt the transmission in my minivan. It had about 150000 on it at the time. Its transmission was notorious for failure. During the rebuild, they upgraded many of the components to strengthen it. So it was even better than new. I changed the engine oil every 3500 miles and kept everything in top repair. I drove that van to 461,000 miles with ATM’s transmission. I photographed the odometer for proof. That mileage is an unheard of accomplishment for most automobiles, let alone a van with that particular transmission. The main under hood wiring harnesses got severely chewed up and made it impractical to fix. Otherwise, the half million mile mark was a real probability. ATM also did some non transmission work on another van of mine. I can’t think of any professional shop that I trust more to do work for me.

I am very pleased with the work done by ATM Transmission Center on my Volvo, Mercedes and Jeep. They diagnosed and fixed a fuel computer module on the Volvo, ignition switch module on the Mercedes and rear differential Bearings on the Jeep. The technicians were very competent and promptly took care of the problems. And I saved hundreds of dollars by having the work done at ATM rather than the car dealerships. Strongly recommend ATM for any type of car maintenance.

I had an issue with my vehicle that made it unsafe to drive. I called, Ginny was very patient and professional. Got my car in right away, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and they did the repair and my car was back to be the very next day. Joe did good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a pinch. Prices are reasonable and they gave me a warranty for parts and labor.

The team at ATM was by far the best mechanics and customer service I have dealt with. I called them with completely dead vehicle on the side of the road. They told me they would take a look when I got my truck towed to their lot. They figured out the problem, fixed it quick, and got my truck back to me that day. I will be taking my truck back to them with any maintenance or issue in the future.
