You can tell a lot about a store from how they handle returns. We had purchased something that didn’t work for us so returned it. Brandon C county have been nicer and gladly processed the return.

Got there at 6:30PM and the doors were locked (Store closes at 7PM). The hours sign was taken off the door and placed on the table. Unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my time, it's very hard to get a babysitter when you have four young children.

I was grocery shopping and stopped at your store. I had received an email that pillows were on sale. I was greeted right away.A young lady helped me select a pillow. I told her I ordered a bed, and at the time I ordered the bed, I couldn't remember what positions I slept the most. I told her I paid attention, and she helped me pick the right pillow.My pillows came. I couldn't wait to take them out of the box, which the box was opened while it was open during shipping. I first used my pillow while sitting on my couch working remotely. It was so comfortable. When I slept with my new pillows, it was like heaven. What difference a good pillow makes.Thank you!

The customer service (Lisa and the manager as well) was phenomenal! They took the time with us to show us all the features of every mattress. We learned what our comfort level was. I have never been in a store with as good customer service.
