(Review updated on 3/18/2024) I'm currently working with Julie from Suite Dreamz Travel for a destination wedding. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant when we speak over the phone and via email. Our relationship did start off a bit rocky due to missed communications. However, after a meeting with myself and the bride-to-be expressing our concerns, Julie updated us on why she was unavailable during that time. We are now more confident in her caring for our group of 80+. The three stars review is due to a rough start, but I'm optimistic that Julie will earn a raving five stars as we continue to work together.

I had a similar experience to another lady who posted a review about Julie and her lack of communication. I used Julie to assist with our destination wedding in Punta Cana. I met her at a bridal expo in Nov 2021 and liked her. She was friendly and seemed knowledgeable so we decided to ask her to assist us for our Jan 2023 wedding. She was helpful in that she set up our room block and booking links. However, her communication was just awful. At times me or my guests wouldn’t hear back from her for weeks, even after follow up emails/texts. She is always traveling and often forgets to put on her out of office email. Myself and my friends and family had a hard time getting ahold of her and she does not process payments or invoices quickly. I gave her 2 stars because she is friendly and professional when you do actually speak to her. She seems way too busy to handle group bookings, and needs an assistant, and I previously shared my feelings with her several months ago. I even asked in a destination wedding group what other brides were experiencing with their TAs and gave my experience and no one else said it was normal to have to follow up so much or ask for updates as frequently as I did. I was constantly emailing or texting Julie for updates. Her voicemail is always full. We had guests change rooms, dates, flights etc and Julie frustrated a lot of my guests with her slow response time. Or she would tell me or my guests something was taken care of when it wasn’t, or it wasn’t updated when she said she was doing it. At one point I was so nervous Julie was scamming everyone that I even found the woman in the previous 2 star review to ask if everything worked out as I had the same experience as her and was so nervous we wouldn’t have rooms or airport transfers. I will say thankfully everything was fine, all my guests had airport pick up and drop off and all my guests who had booked with Julie had rooms booked. However, I do not recommend using Julie as a travel agent. She was the most frustrating and stressful part of our wedding. I really hope she gets an assistant or becomes more organized.

Julie is the best to work with, I am so happy we found her!! She is so on top of everything, easy to talk to and very organized. She is helping us with our destination wedding to Mexico and we couldn't do it without her. If you're looking for a travel agent, I would 1000% go with Julie

This past year I worked with Julie, the owner of Suite Dreamz Travel, for my destination wedding. I went with a travel agent thinking it would have made my life easier navigating 60+ people booking their trips. This was not the case. A couple scenarios such as most of my guests, including me couldn’t get a hold of her for sometimes over 2 weeks. Payments weren’t being processed right away. She seemed to never be in the office. It was truly a 1 star experience, but I added the extra star because when anyone could get a hold of her, she was very nice to speak with. I’m not one to leave reviews, but it truly was a headache working with this company and I hope this brings some awareness to change their ways.

Julie at Suite Dreamz Travel made our company vacation to Cancun incredible! She provided assistance for our large group (of 100+ people) throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she managed to take our complex itinerary and executed it flawlessly and made sure to provide her recommendations on each resort that we were deciding between. We also had several members of the group with food allergies, and she made it a priority to take care of their restrictions even though we were at a very large all-inclusive resort. We will be using Julie again for our next trip!

Julie did an amazing job of planning our family vacation. She had so many people to deal with and comp list of dates and times but she was able to make it all work. We will definitely use her in the future!

From the time Julie answered the phone when I called, I was completely satisfied. Julie went above and beyond my expectations, even when I was causing the delay with booking my honeymoon. The ideal location my fiance' and I wanted for our honeymoon night was not available because they were completely booked, but while she was looking into other places for us she checked again with the original location, and saw an available room, at a great discounted rate, and was able to secure it for us. We are extremely happy with her service and we will be using her in a couple of months so she can book our second honeymoon at the end of the year.

Julie was fabulous! All we had was a sense for what type of honeymoon we wanted to have and she did the rest. From finding the location, to hunting down the best travel deals, Julie was amazing. It went off without a hitch and I couldn't be more thankful!
