Lady at front was very rude I came in and approached her in a kind manner and she was very rude back trying to complicate things to take my test and not trying to take it at all, another family came in and she was being very rude to them as well told the kid "you have to take the test fast" as I overheard and raising her voice at the parent, does not seem like she wants to provide good service more of like she just wants to get out as fast as possible was not happy at all with my experience. Was in here around 4:15 on Novvember 9th.

Had a few visits before, they were all fine.Today was awful. I felt like I almost cry for my experience.I took early release from my work and started to drive there before 4pm. I really hoped I can be there around 4:15. They close at 4:30. But the traffic was really really bad. I was stressful on the whole ride. Luckily, I arrived there at 4:27. The lady who works there said mam I can’t take you, because if I take you, I can’t get off at 4:30, we will have to be here till 5pm. It was like roller coaster to me. One minute I was so happy I made it before 4:30, one minute all the hope crashed. I asked very nicely, told her I took early release from work, beat up the traffic just to complete this lab work and I made it before 4:30. I hope she can be a bit flexible.I felt I was begging. The lady insisted she can’t take me, she pointed at one patient saying that was her last patient. That’s it. She repeated she has to stay till 5pm if doing my blood work. I understand taking me may take a bit longer. But this lady shows little to none sympathy/empathy. I left, speechless, that lady even slammed the door! Are you serious? If you are not taking patients before 4:30, why 4:30 is your office hour on your website, google etc? I don’t understand! My understanding if you should take all patients arrive before 4:30! It seems like you are not taking patients who arrived before 4:30, Maybe making a highlight on all websites“Last patient at 4:15 then!!!” Very cruel experience!Don’t feel like returning to this location. Ever!

I went to LabCorp for blood work. I was in and out in exactly 7 minutes. The place was clean, and everyone was nothing but professional. It was a really good experience for me.

Unprofessional receptionist. It may be that she's overloaded, but she can't get off that - tells everyone who will listen. Can I trust the techs in back? Didn't feel confident. I won't go back.

Went there on February 16th and my results never were turned into my position. This particular location has changed since they had New Management which is awful. Crowded lobbies compulsory

Awful, awful, awful. If I could give -1 stars, I would. After the initial interaction with the front desk person, who was pleasant but not knowledgeable, the manger/person running the office, came out and fought with me about taking my 3 year old sons tracheostomy sputum sample. First she was nasty and mean with a scowl on her face. Second she said that they didn't have the order from his pediatrician, which they lost. Instead of leaving I called his pediatrician and waited while she re-faxed it. Once they received it, the nasty woman said she wouldn't take it because I didn't have his insurance cards. After telling her that I had the policy numbers (all three) on my phone and could give them to her, she insisted that she needed the cards to take a copy. I told her that was inaccurate and she then had to call her supervisor, saying in front of me, "Its to early in the morning to deal with this. I don't want anyone saying I was rude." After discussing with the supervisor my sons insurance information, all was well...40 minutes later, I was out of there. Then a week later, I got a call from my sons pediatrician. Come to find out, after having to hunt down what happened to his viral panel, come to find out, the folks at LabCorp just threw it away because it "wasn't in the right medium". Keep in mind, I am a parent, not a doctor, so how would I put it in a 'medium' and second, I used a specimen container that Children's Hospital gave to us.They just THREW IT AWAY. They didn't call the pediatrician, or me, just tossed it in the trash. This can be so dangerous, especially when my medically fragile child needed his sputum analyzed. This is highly concerning and problematic. Do not go there for anything.

Severely understaffed. 2 hours wait for a simple blood test. Would not recommend.
