I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.

Kind, professional and helpful service-oriented people running the store who make it clear that they are there to help the customer. It was a joy to be able to pack and send my package in a way that worked best for me. They were the same way with each of their customers even though it was very busy and near closing time. Truly Santa’s elves! Claudia was the best. I understand why they are the most highly rated UPS store location nearby. They fully deserve it.

I had a very pleasant experience with staff at UPS, however, I went for passport photos. We paid for the services and when we went to the passport agency, the photos were rejected and we had to pay additional fees for new ones. I sent proof over to the store manager who let me know she could handle things on the backend, I haven't heard from her in two weeks, after emails and calls. Very nice frontline staff, though.

O’neil was so nice and kept calm and collected while handling customer after customer right near closing time! Great customer service! And I saw Mohammad kindly helping a woman with a picture order. They both seem like very hard workers!!

I love this store! They are efficient, friendly and competitive priced. I’ve gone to other UPS Stores and their prices were much higher. I will frequent this store only.

Amazing service! Every time I walk in here, people are friendly and courteous. Today they went above and beyond. I had a package that didn’t quite fit in the box I was returning it in. They sold me a new box and assembled it and had me out of there in five minutes! Really outstanding! Parking is tricky, but that’s not their fault

I am that kind of person never omitted the bright points of others and have an appreciation heart.
I am good to write review for ups service but not good with Verizon internet as I moved out of MD from March 2024 and struggling with life in texas. I have many things to handle as new challenge in life and my health conditions shows degenerative as exhausted with work , family , and life.
Then I may neglected the Verizon company ' notification as they started to charge me money with my acknowledgement and they even use the hole of my No-response add on bills of all kinds of fees.
So when I finished things at hands . I started to focus on those expected bills. They forced me to pay..
I returned the equipment to ups store. Talked about what ' s going on. The staff Mrs. Claudia said I am not the single case. This afternoon a man ahead of me have the same issues
She show the understanding to my condition being charged money without even use the services. That's not make sense..
I am going to talk with Verizon more

I have neighbor app. Read we have a couple that owns establishment not that long ago. I meet owners today which was a pleasure. The employees friendly and helpful. Atmosphere beautiful. I live in capital heights. No matter how far I need to drive. Will always go. Wherever customers service is excellent. Appreciate beautiful customer service. Congratulations on your success.
