“Hi, so last year, I went to this awesome place for the first time and bought a ton of stuff for my baby's first birthday! Bear and I still go there like once a month, he loves it. We went there for his second birthday recently, and he went wild picking toys, and he got cupcakes and some other stuff from the bakery.He also got a new tie, a birthday hat, and a bandana.The people who work there are super nice and helpful.Some things are a bit pricey compared to other places, but I don't mind spoiling my little man!”
“My poodle had such an amazing time with Morgan! Morgan can do her thing! She had my poodle, looking so fun and fab! The way that my dogs coat looks super shiny and healthy afterwards was amazing! The level of details she put with my poodle was phenomenal! Not only was Morgan very good at what she does she’s very professional, and so kind and so loving towards animals. You can tell she really loves dogs! I wish that Petsmart could give her a two week paid vacation because she definitely knows what she is doing.”
“Great! But it gets difficult to make an appointment or cancel one unless by phone or in person. The services listed online don't always unfortunately match the ones needed such as baths or brushing.Beyond that they handle with care, and they were always patient.”
“I love this place. I recently moved to Frederick and was looking for local pet shops, and to my delight this one has a self serve dog wash. It makes bathing my dog way easier and they provide everything you need. In addition, they carry a wide range of healthy treats/chews and dog food. The quality of their products really shows how much they care about your pets’ health. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about their products, which is a huge bonus.”
“We just moved here and our queen diva going to be 14 soon mysti needed her special food for her kidney disease. She also has other issues but is one tough girl.
The women ( sorry forgot there names) who work at Banfield associated with Petsmart who absolutely outstanding.
Helped with the entire process to get her prescription filled and get her set up for future purchases for her diet.

“Brain goes above the call of duty to care for his flock and make sure that the owners and birds are a good match, he has adopted out many, many birds and the homes have been very good ones, well matched . He is totally committed to his birds like no others, he eats breathes and lives parrots. He does what ever he has to in order to make each bird safe and well cared for, his volunteers are exceptional. Brain loves these magnificent birds and treats them the way they should be treated and teaches the adoptee how to take care of them, and they can always ask him for help if it is needed. Out of sight is not forgotten. I have never seen a more committed person to these birds. If anyone is unable to spend the time needed to volunteer at the Foundation for this small amount of time and commitment , they don't have time for a parrot.”
