I went here to open an estate account on two separate occassions. I am giving 4 stars just because the 1st time I went, I was not pleased with the customer service. I felt that the woman I dealt with wasn't very much help at all, but I came back a few weeks later hesitantly with more of the information I needed. This time,Tiandra James helped me. Let me just say that she is an asset to this bank. She provided the best customer service I have personally received at any bank. I am not a Truist customer for my personal banking needs, but for the sake of contuity with my relative's estate finances, I eent with Truist. Not only is she the perfect blend of personable and professional, she is intelligent, knowledgeable and got me in and out faster than I thought. She was patient with me and explained things with care. She is the reason for the 4 stars. I highly recommend seeing her if you go to this branch. Thanks Tia, for a wonderful experience.

I don't understand why this branch turned down my DEPOSIT of a over $3000 I was going to put in my business account there for a $35 overdraft fee! If that's how BB& Truist operates... taking my business elsewhere! That's hands down the dumbest thing a bank has EVER done to me in my over 40 year banking history! They sent me right to my other PERSONAL banking bank... They got that $3000. I see why Truist has gone downhill in its ratings lately.

I have business accounts. I am come with coin ($434). They don’t want take coin . They saying go another bank. After they said wait. I’m waiting n waiting (more than 30-45min) then they take it . Nobody was on the line . Also one girl ask me where I’m from.

It's Saturday morning. I'm running my errands. Show up to drive thru and the line is wrapped around the building. I wait 10 minutes and finally see hope; EXCEPT for the fact that the teller turns the CLOSED sign on and literally closes BOTH lanes...IT'S FREAKIN 11:40. They are supposed to be open until 12.

Glad to know my bank had a location close to my vicinity. Only needed the atm.... No lineGPS got me to Largo Shopping but Truist was not readily visible. I was almost ready and heading out before I saw it.

I’m a 10 year customer of Truist formerly SunTrust Bank. Until today I’ve received excellent customer service in Forest VA Lynchburg VA and Alexandria VA. The Largo branch is close to my new residence and today there was a lady waiting and complaining that no one waited on her. I had just walked in from an incident this morning that was upsetting to me and wanted to just get a wire transfer and go home. I joined the lady waiting and said someone should be assisting us. The manager Dana came out of her office, didn’t apologize, and with her tone and attitude told us to basically shut up. If she had said what is the problem and how can I help you, things would have turned out differently, but she had poor customer service and a bad attitude. I’ve worked in customer service and have my own business and know that you serve your customers first and treat them well. I lost my temper and told her she wasn’t treating us well and she was the manager and should be training her staff so why was she so rude to us? Ive though this over carefully in the past six hours and looked at all the bad reviews. I recommend that the branch manager Dana take time to remember how to treat customers and if she may need additional training. We could go to any other financial institution but we stayed with Truist.I appreciate if the manager Dana at Truist in Largo be more appreciative and customer centric in order to help their branch improve and get better reviews.I hope this is helpful because Mr. Valentine has excellent customer service and treats customers very well. This facility is very prejudice towards minorities that don’t speak English my mother In law was told by an employee “ this is America we speak English here” this a racist remark and is discrimination. The employee refuse to find anyone who is able to translate or any means of translation. If you are a minority that English is not your main language I highly advise and recommend to go elsewhere.

Been a customer of BB&T now Truist for over 11 years and came to this location to get a document notarized. Usually go to the Largo location. Omg I arrived at 9:35 and here it is 10:30 and still waiting. The other location doesn't have one available today and Cap 1 notary isn't there any longer. The rep that does the notary did not prioritize her client's. When she asked each of us what we needed, I told her I needed 1 document notarized and the couple before me need an account opening with other questions. Why did she not think to get me out first and then the couple if she knew what she was doing would take longer than what I neeeed. that just isn't priority to me. Not once did she come out and just get me out the way. Absurd. This type of service would make me take all of my accounts from them. Totally unacceptable

One teller window. I was in the drive thru for almost an hour. Each vehicle averaged 10-15 mins. I started timing them. I truly don't know what was taking so long. If this is our only option why aren't additional windows available?

Took money out of atm and was given twenties. Went inside to ask to exchange for hundreds as I was headed to a country that doesn't exchange twenties. Was told they wouldn't do that. Seemed like a simple request for a bank
