11.20.23: Worst experience ever. Disappointed. My car was towed to the Timonium site last Thursday. They said they could look at it on Friday. I hear from them today, Monday. I am told, that they need to replace a sensor in the car in order to continue to diagnose it. Replacing the sensor does not mean the car will work. The cost is $474. After speaking to a few mechanics about what I was told at AAA, I schedule for the car to be towed to another mechanic at 12 p.m. Pick up time is 2:20 p.m. I check in at 3 to see if the car is towed and am told the truck is running late. At 5:15 the tow truck driver finally calls. He tells me I need to have the garage leave my key out and that I need to pay for the tow. I let him know that I was told by 3 AAA representatives that I do not need to pay for the tow. Even when I received confirmation that I do not pay for the tow, the tow driver does not answer his phone, the garage closes 6:00 p.m. and another day without my car is on the books. Really feeling frustrated by AAA and the tow company, Fast Tow for running me around. The tow driver, who was supposedly waiting for me to call him back stopped answering his phone until 6:09 when it was too late. Tomorrow morning I need to get up and do the rat race all over again until I can get my car towed. Then...never again. I have been a AAA member for a long time. Time to reconsider.11.21.23 This morning I scheduled my car to be towed again because the tow did not happen last night. There was NO record of yesterdays tow request. Then I get a message from David at AAA saying I need to have my car towed today or I will be charged a $35.00 fee or my car will be impounded. What the Hell, AAA??? I feel like I am in the twilight zone. No...AAA...I will not pay you $474 to continue to diagnose my car...and if YOUR TOW TRUCK SERVICE does not TOW my car and you impound my car...we are going to court.

Had my car towed there cause it was overheating, I pick it up the next morning and on the way home the oil pressure warning light came on so when I got home I checked the oil and there was none in it, the dip stick was bone dry... How do you service a vehicle, recommend work be done but never check the oil? What would have happen had my motor blow there or on my way home?How can I trust the work was done correctly?Maybe I'm wrong, but when I charge my customers $200 in labor, I provide service above and beyond expectations, which when suggesting other services you'd think that would include checking the oil.

I went into purchase some euros for upcoming travel. The gentleman (George) who served me was kind and patient as I had no idea what I was doing . Heading in to pick up my euros today!

Overall had a positive experience. Was in and out in 10 minutes. My only complaint is there was one employee who did not greet us upon entering the store, and instead purposely avoided eye contact and moved out of sight. She clearly did not want to help us. The other employees working were very friendly and professional. The space was very well organized/laid out, and clean!

I went to this office to do a foreign currency exchange. There are a great deal of rules associated with currency exchange that are not documented on AAA website, and should be. Especially limits on transaction size, which forced me to do a 2nd transaction with a bank.

Nice people. Service was kinda slow for an appointment for tire repair. Took an hour and a half. Thank God I had an appointment.

I went there to get a travel agent for my cruise coming up. And to get that travel insurance. They have on cruises. The travel agent said he would email me ,when he did not I called him and then he said. He will call me back and he has not? It has been Five days since I have not heard from Hi M. I have used triple a before and I have never been through This. i am very surprised and disappointed

My customer rep was wonderful. A comfortable environment. I was in and out for an International Driving Permit in less than 20 minutes. Passport pictures for it are free if you are a certain level of membership.Travel shop, travel agents/planning, life insurance, and a car repair facility available at this location.

Disorganized. Get a second opinion on any repairs they recommend.Edit: after getting a second diagnostic done at a different, non AAA shop, it has been confirmed that I was given misinformation from the Timonium AAA (I have it in writing). Do not trust advice given by Robert H. He was not only extremely unprofessional in his communication, he also gave me misinformation and I am now having to pay for HIS mistake and I am going to have to fight another towing fee through AAA member services.Pay attention to your work! You have a responsibility to the members of AAA to not lead them astray and cost them a bunch of unnecessary fees. Absolutely disgusted.

Went in to get information on traveling to Colorado and the location didn’t see knowledgeable on where to start. Directed us to an AAA online book and didn’t really give us any direction on attractions, amenities or reasons why AAA would be the best solution. Looking for a new travel agency

Everytime I've made an appt to bring my car here for service, they cancel it . This time, they sent me a text saying i canceled the appt, but i never did. Obviously, they have integrity issues here. I'm not sure why they aren't interested in servicing my vehicle because I've never had work done at this location. One time, i went into the location to schedule an appt. I was told they didn't have an appt for a couple of months. I had service done at the location that closed in towson. I never had any issues at that location. Maybe certain people aren't welcomed at this location

I love my AAA Roadside Assistance. I wish I could speak as highly about my local AAA Car Care Service Center. I made an appt online for service at noon today at this center. I received a confirmation of the appt, which included a Confirmation Number. When I arrived for my appt, I was informed by Chris W that their next appointment wasn't until 1:00 and it was not my name listed for that appointment time. I showed Chris my confirmation and asked if I was in the correct location. He replied, "This is the correct location, but all of my guys are on lunch break right now." He asked if I would like to schedule a "definite appointment." I replied, "I have a definite appointment for today at noon." He said, "I know, but it didn't come through; the online system is relatively new and can sometimes not work correctly." I'm not sure why that is the customer's problem. I rearranged my entire day to be there for my confirmed appointment. If they are aware that there are problems with their online system, perhaps they should disable it so other members do not waste their time. If this is their idea of customer service, I won't be back. I do not recommend this service center!

Had my car in for a Radiator Service. A week later it has leaked all of the fluid due to a stripped radiator plug. Service Manager claims that they only pump/suction the fluid out and don't drain it. Cost me near 1K to get a whole new radiator (different service station). How do you figure the radiator plug threading got stripped when no one but AAA touched it? They took no responsibility. I won't be back.

Do not use the travel agency unless you have every single little detail about your trip. In which case save money and plan it yourself. I received no help planning a trip I am going to take. they didn't even try to figure out anything about my plans for the trip; Like: when do you plan on leaving, how do you plan to travel, what type of places are you planning to visit, economic or first class. Nothing. I have always been told that AAA is a service for wealthy white people, and after the experience I had today I am inclined to agree with them. What a waste of time!
