The reason I do business with Chuck for our home and auto insurance needs is because I wanted more than an 800 number when I had questions and someone I could trust and depend on in times of need. I would pay more than I do to continue to do business with him.

Chuck is great. I got referred to him by my aunt in Minnesota through her insurance agent, and I couldn't be more grateful. He communicates well and is readily available when you need his help. He took the time to help find me an affordable insurance plan for my new car, which I really appreciate! Totally recommend.

Outstanding customer service.We shopped around and have had used other insurance companies in the past- this company is thorough, professional, readily available and has competitive pricing.A recent auto accident proved all this. I received a call immediately when we reached out after the accident and Chuck was on it. He navigated us through the process- seamless. The app was amazing and easy to use to send photos and such.Your search ends here. HIGHLY Recommend.

Worked with Chuck Connolly to consolidate two condo policies, auto insurance and personal umbrella. Chuck shopped several carriers and came back with a solid recommendation. Paperwork was completed on-line and could not have been easier. Lots of communication throughout the process answering all my questions. I highly recommend.

I only spent a few minutes with Chuck Connolly. However, in those few minutes, he helped me quite a bit and, most importantly for reviewers, proved to have the best customer service than the previous 6 agents in and around Baltimore that I tried to contact by phone and / or their websites.

The man prides himself on his customer service and it shows. I called 6 other agents in and around Baltimore about the need for an auto policy for my daughter temporarily locating there. Only one responded and that interaction was poor. Chuck was not afraid to talk on the phone or message me. He's polite, knowledgeable and responsive. He epitomizes the value of having an agent. I recommend him.

I have shopped around for Insurance coverage, and no one can compete with the knowledge and expertise of Chuck. He explained every coverage, why I needed it, and what the costs were. He went into detail on how to protect my assets and how much coverage I needed. Once explained, it was an easy decision to go with Chuck. Everyone else I spoke to didn't take the time to understand my coverage needs. Chuck took the time and helped me greatly.
