My son needed an instrument for school (and told me the night before). I was able to walk in and rent -to-own a saxophone within 5 minutes. The man who helped us was very kind and informative!

My daughter has been taking music lessons there for about 6 months now. They have a dedicated staff, great customer service and lots of music instruments and books to choose from. Definitely recommend!!!

We have had a very poor experience dealing with getting a trumpet repaired with Music and Arts. They have had the instrument for 4 weeks and my son has missed 2 weeks of class. We are paying $155 to have the tuning slide repaired and the instrument cleaned. When I asked to borrow a rental for 1 day for his class, Jake (the manager) said no and that he couldn't let instruments leave the store "all willy nilly" like that. I understand this is a busy time of year but 4 weeks? They have lost a customer.

You never know just how helpful the employees in a store can be until you have an unusual request. I was in last week with a non-musical issue I was trying to solve. My question spurred their curiosity and they successfully solved my dilemma! Thanks guys!

They weren’t fully clear on their rental instruments store credit policy. I was told originally I could use the credit to anything in the store. When I was ready to return the rental instruments I was told I could only use it towards an orchestral instrument. Had I known that I would have returned the instrument earlier. I would have bought a simple keyboard. When I mentioned this to Scott he said he couldn’t do anything and denied saying I could use it for anything in the store. The least he could do is offer a refund on the last months rent which was only charged a week earlier or make an exception. Make sure you’re clear on the rental terms especially if it differs from the written contract. Have all the options in writing. It was a disappointment.

I asked Scott if I could get help putting on my violin strings. I wanted to learn how to put the strings on properly but he just charged me $20.00 and sent me out to wait. Then the bridge wasn't even straight and he just put it in place without even tuning it. I thought music & arts was like professional or something. I guess I'll just watch a YouTube video next time. Thanks for disrespecting me and my instrument.

I had taken to them my daughter's violin that had a string pop off and was needed for virtual learning! I anxiously called the store and my call was answered on first ring by Sam. I mentioned to Sam what I needed and he insured me that the store was capable of helping me out in no time! Sure enough when my husband and I entered, we were greeted by both Sam and Aaron. Both gentleman helped us out with re-stringing the violin, tuning and giving us overall knowledge on what to do if strings come undone and how to re-tie. We had excellent service and would gladly be returning customers if need be!
