I went to this location on October 21, 2022 and this lady came out the door cursing me and threaten me in front of the store manager who didn’t seem bothered by her antics at all. I have sent a letter to the CEO Mr. Levine because I was outraged at her behavior.

Sign says store closes at 10pm. When I pull up at 9:30pm all the doors are locked.If you lie about your business hours you'll lie about anything.

My 13 year old son visited this location to purchase two items and receive cash back. A male associate told my son that he couldn't give him his cash because the register was broken. The funds were deducted from my son cash app card and but he didn't receive any money back. I don't understand how adults can take advantage of children and think that it's ok. Family Dollar corporate office needs to contact me and refund my son money back to his cash app card. The cashier should've contacted the manager to solve the issue and give my son his money. I am beyond upset about this and I will have to personally visit family dollar. Why steal from a child? If the customer was an adult then this situation would've never happened. I'm sure that the cashier has probably stolen the money for himself and didn't think that nothing of it. Well his mom has his back and I want his money back and an apology. I can't stand liars and thieves.

For what I'd was looking for was In stock. Jiffy cornbread was $.70 a box cheaper than area stores.

This store is always stocked with what you need, but it needs good leadership to keep the store clean, keep the lines moving. If the employees would stay off the phone e while they are helping customers maybe they can concentrate on the customers. Thanks
