This experience is entirely with the Body Shop. I had a fender bender on a non-Ford and heard great things about the work Dennis Keller and his team do so I got a quote. The whole process was great, I sent images over text and got a quote same day and scheduled it. Took about a week, but the work is flawless. The paint match is so spot on, you could never tell anything happened. Not only was the dent gone and paint spot-on, they washed and detailed it too. This team went above and beyond my expectations and if I ever need body work again, this is who I’ll be contacting.

This location is awesome!! Corey helped us a lot and went above and beyond. Jeff was also a huge help and so was Del! Staff was great and didnt pressure us into anything and listed to concerns. Highly recommend- you wont be disappointed!

Wonderful dealership. They managed some difficult and complicated repairs on my car and did a great job. They were very professional, communicated well throughout the extended work, overall great customer service. What I wish more dealerships would model after.

Wasted my time with low trade-in offer. Wouldn’t match CarMax offer. Then called hours later and said they would match CarMax. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Koons Chevy is the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

Our best dealership experience, by far.
Tom Miller, our salesman was excellent. We called about a truck they had listed online. He said he would hold it for us, so we were willing to take the two hour drive. Everything went great, there was no pressure in purchasing additional warranties or add-ons. A few of the staff, including Tom ended up staying pretty late for us, just to finalize the paperwork. Several weeks after taking the truck home, we got a call from Tom, about them acquiring the second set of keys. They overnighted the key, along with the aftermarket key fob for the remote start. That alone ended up saving us at least $500. Super happy with the entire process. We highly recommend Al Packer and Tom, they will absolutely take care of you.

Just bought a 2025 Ford Explorer St-Line this weekend and the service was great. I was greeted right away and I was in and out of the dealership within 2.5 hours driving home in a new car! Everyone was friendly and they didn’t try to haggle you into anything. They just gave you the options and let you make the choice.

What a great experience buying a vehicle.
I took a chance and a 2 hour ride to look at a truck. The vehicle was exactly as described and fairly priced . The process was quick and easy with no gimmicks.
Salesman Nik Bratton, polite, helpful and a genuinely nice person, helped make this the best purchase I have ever made. (And I've made a lot over my 60 plus years)
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My 86-year-old mother-in-law has been a loyal customer of Al Packer Ford for more than 30 years. Recently, we brought her car in for a state inspection because she was planning to sell the vehicle — and we wanted to ensure everything was in order.
To our surprise, Al Packer told us the car needed $1,880 in repairs just to pass inspection.
That seemed excessive, so I took it to a second licensed inspection garage for a second opinion. They passed the vehicle with no issues at all. Not one of the problems Al Packer listed was confirmed.
This left us questioning their honesty. Whether it was an aggressive upsell or a misdiagnosis, it felt like they were trying to take advantage — especially of an elderly woman who trusted them for decades.
After this experience, I can’t help but wonder how many times she may have been overcharged in the past. Trust, once broken, is hard to regain.
I will never use Al Packer Ford again.

Bought a used truck elsewhere, brought it in to Al Packer to give it a once-over and make sure there were no issues. Grayson and the Quick Lane team were very helpful. Came in at the scheduled time and was given a clean bill of health!
